“I have been a customer for Newberg Storage Center for just over a year now. I’m amazed with this place! Very reasonable rates. Always clean and well maintained. Plenty of carts in different sizes for moving in or out (other places you are lucky if there’s a total of two per building. So many more here!). Various sizes of units both inside with climate control or outside. RV storage too! Excellent 24 hour security for peace of mind. Even a nice clean bathroom open and available when needed. Most of all, superior customer service from management! Tammie and Austin are so wonderful! I’ve stored my family’s belongings at other facilities and never had such great management. I highly recommend Newberg Storage Center!”

“I've had my storage a little over a year and every single interaction... from the shopping for a storage to the taking posession of the unit, all my payment interactions and submitting my notice to move out have been AMAZING! I am seriously impressed with Kellie and how fair and reasonable her business practices are! I would recommend over and over again and know where I will return if necessary!”

“Donna is wonderful. She's very personable and professional over the phone and can answer any questions. The first time I attempted to contact her it went to voicemail but as long as you leave her a message she's great at getting back to you, quick too. The office is a little tucked away but easy to find, it's right at the gate. Donna was as warm and friendly in person as on the phone. As we walked in to view the space I was renting, another renter stopped to tell me how wonderful the place is and their great experiences with Donna. If you're looking for a secure storage facility, don't go any further. Talk to Donna. She will take care of you. It's easy, convenient, and very secure. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
