Came in to have an old paint color I purchased in 2017 remixed and matched, staff was friendly and welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed. Awesome customer service, really made me feel welcomed. Gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable about the paint type, and helped me select a good quantity matching my needs and keeping me within job budget. Plus, the paint match turned out perfectly. “I handle all of the procurement for the company I work for. For the past year, I have dealt exclusively with David S. with Sasco for all of our fasteners. We manufacture large solar arrays that require a ton of fasteners. From 1.5" threaded rod, 5/8 & 3/4 A325 bolts and hardware, to stainless socket cap screws and uni strut nuts, they have everything I need. When in a pinch, I can always count on David answering his phone, finding me what I need, and getting it to me as fast as humanly possible.I highly recommend Sasco for all of your fastener needs. They can get literally anything and have very competitive pricing.”

“I had such a great experience the other day at Lowe's in Medford Oregon Tony asked if I needed any help I was shopping for garden supplies he was so kind to load my cart up with my soil and and a heavy bag of sand. It turns out that Tony works in the solar portion of the company but he went out of his way to help me find my garden supplies. He even helped me load my car with 8 or 10 bags of soil and a big 50 lb bag of sand. Tony went out of his way to help me and I'm sure that it isn't really part of his job but he was just so kind. He deserves acknowledgment.”
“My experience was good. Had appt for 0800. Arrived at 0700 and greeted by very nice gaurd that gave me instructions and a map to show where to go. You supposed to get an empty weight (dry van), but the scale was broken, so proceeded to go to stop sign and wait for fork lift driver. There was already 1 truck in a dock, and after about 10 minutes fork lift driver asked me to back into the 2nd dock, slid tandems. Took about 45 minutes to load. They secured load correctly in trailer and gave me my paperwork with a nice have a great day greeting, and I waved to the gaurd as I left. Everyone i encountered was polite and courteous. Would definitely come back for another load.”
