“First mechanic I’ve ever met who is trustworthy as well honest. Quality repair along with very affordable prices. I had two jobs done and will continue with this mechanic only.”
“Amazing experience! Steven has a great presence and his attention to detail and knowledge with cars shows. Found my car guy and I’m so grateful to have someone I trust doing the work.”
“Really thoughtful service. They replaced a water pump in my jeep a little over a year ago. I moved to a different state and the part went out. I contacted Yates today and the gentlemen paid for the replacement water pump part. Really appreciated the kindness and help with the matter.”
“Brought my company car in this morning for a flat repair, Austin took care of me and went the extra mile and even found a second leaking tire! I deliver parts to this location just prior as i was leaving Austin noticed the low pressure in said tires and he happily filled them!
He definitely is what this location needs! He was extremely respectful, prompt and eager! He deserves a raise!!! Thanks Austin!!!”

“Caleb was super nice and helpful with helping me. They didn’t have the paint color I needed in stock so he called and reserved one and the next closest Napa for me. I wouldn’t have been able to finish my project without his help.”

“We have taken our cars to Cascade since shortly after we moved to the area. I value their expertise and how they live up to their promises and commitments.
Marlen came on the scene in the last year or so and he's a delight. He's a master mechanic in his own right, and skilled at working on what needs to be done now and what can wait.
I recommend them, Jim”
