“The Red Fox is the only place in Estacada to stay. The price is reasonable. The decor is very old! You can only make reservations by phone (old-school!). The room was as clean as it could be for as old as it is. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot (a minimum requirement for my needs). The owner is friendly with knowledge of local lore and great suggestions of places to visit. The motel is walking distance to a park along the river and to restaurants and gift shops. If you can get past the "oldness" of the place, it is not a bad place to stay.”

“Very pleasant staff and impeccably clean. Loved the argan oil shampoo and conditioner! Room is basic, but comfortable--a lounge chair to watch TV with a table for snacks was a nice addition. Good internet and a desk. Bed was very comfortable and had a variety of pillows. Housekeeping outstanding--daily service was better than I've experienced recently in higher-end hotels. Nice hot shower with good water flow.”
