The Best Western Plus Rivershore Hotel is a great hotel located right by the river, offering rooms with a balcony overlooking the water. The rooms are nice, roomy, and very clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is great, friendly, and provides excellent service, with the front desk being helpful and responsive to requests. The hotel features a fun attached lounge with live music and/or karaoke, a bar, a restaurant, Oregon Lottery video poker, a lobby store, and laundry facilities. It is a good go-to hotel for visits to the area. Some guests note that rooms are only cleaned every three days, though towels are replaced upon request. The lack of an on-site ATM is a noted drawback. Overall, it provides good value for the price.
We weren't aware the rooms are only cleaned every three days. But they replaced the towels when I contacted the front desk. We asked for a room cleaning, the front desk said they would see to it. But surprise, it didn't happen.

This is my go-to hotel when going to Portland! Located right by the river with a great staff and fun attached lounge with Live Music and / or karaoke! Yet to try the food, but I hear it's good.

Our vacation stopover in Oregon. Always good. Restaurant is a different matter but we won't go into that. Hotel is great and we will continue to stay there
