Now let’s talk about the food. My husband got the BBQ pulled pork bowl with white rice and cauliflower rice, and WOW. The pork was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, not dry, not skimpy, not sad. Every bite actually delivered.
And the portion size?? MASSIVE. Like “this bowl has weight to it” massive. For $13–$14, that’s an absolute steal. You’re not leaving hungry. You’re leaving satisfied and slightly impressed.
Simple, delicious, great value, and good people behind the counter. Timber Town Grub is doing it right, and we’ll definitely be back.

We love this pace and the team who runs it. The pizza is delicious and so is the beer. We have tried a different pizza each time. Never disappointed. Come check out the pizza and great company!

It has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere—you walk in and immediately want to settle in and stay awhile. But what really sets it apart is how much it honors the town itself. The model train display is incredible and such a thoughtful nod to local history, and I love that they uncovered a mural that had been hidden by previous owners. It feels like they’re not just running a restaurant—they’re preserving pieces of Estacada’s story.
You can tell how much heart has gone into keeping this place alive. Sherry Andrus deserves so much credit for her unwavering commitment to The Cazadero, especially through the many challenges she’s faced. That dedication really shows.
As for the food—this is always my go-to recommendation when friends or family are in town. It’s the closest thing we have to a “fine dining” experience in Estacada, with a more elevated menu than your typical bar food. At the same time, there are still plenty of great options if you’re just in the mood for something more casual.
And the kids’ menu? Honestly unbeatable. Prices are incredibly reasonable (around $2.99–$6.99, with $4.99 being the sweet spot), and the portions are huge. It’s easily the best value in town for families.
The Cazadero isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a place that truly cares about this community, its history, and the people in it. We’re really lucky to have it here.
