“These people are considerate, thoughtful, and kind. They took care of us, despite some unexpected issues, and got us back on the road in high spirits.
A special shout out to Token & Roger - not only were they helpful, but they personally make sure that the bathroom is spotlessly clean. It's also the most handicap accessible bathroom I've ever seen. It really was a bathroom worth reviewing.
Then I got to thinking, if they pay that close attention to a bathroom how much more attention are they paying to the important stuff? These people are definitely detail and quality oriented. You'll be happy you went there. Oh and be sure to say hi to Sam, their mascot.”

“Token really helped out my husband in a tight bind. He is one of the most helpful uhaul employees I've ever worked with. He helped wire the trailer, fixed the short in the electrical, gave us a few straps, and even offered his assistance. The level of professionalism he carries made me think he was the store owner. He is a great leader, kind, helpful, and honest. He better be a supervisor or manager my next visit, then to be a store owner one day. 10/10 service. Get this boy a raise.”

“First time giving the HP Station at 18th and Willamette a try for a local U-Haul rental. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Truck was ready to go and the process was nice and quick. Plus, the location has more supplies than I knew about. This made my move of a bunch of heavy household items so much simpler and as the location is right in the middle of town near my house it was super convenient.”
