“I always go to this home depot. The store has everything you need but often it’s hard to get someone to help you. You can stand in one I offer 20 minutes and no one will come by to see if you need anything unlocked or if you’re looking for something. But when they do come, they are helpful.”
“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! He saw an elderly lady pushing a flat cart that was exhausted and helped me get my merchandise on my cart, recognized I was hot, payed for a bottle, and helped me load the bricks in my car.”
