I never thought i would enjoy a gym class... after my first class I felt sick. I survived the second class and was encouraged to return. During the third class I fought to hold back tears. After that it was great! ;) The classes were fun, easy for all levels and they really worked! Defiantly enjoyed my experience!

I joined Catalyst Training Systems back in 2016. I fell in love with the gym and the clients immediately. I loved it so much that in 2018 I became part owner. Words can't describe the family atmosphere, the support you get and our trainers are amazing. We give you exercise, nutrition and accountability.
