I walked in off the street, no appointment or anything, I received excellent service getting my small mantle clock to chime. He made sense of the directions and understood the clock's particular settings!

Came here for a watch and a wall clock repair. Watch was done in less than 5 minutes and the two men working at the time were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of watches to purchase! Such a fun store to look around in too
