I use the pharmacy, and it's gotten pretty bad over the last year. And today I tried calling and it doesn't go to Costco anymore, it just says 'wireless costumer isn't connected' or something to that effect. So how am I to refill my medication?

If I call I can usually pick up my rx same day within a few hrs.

Mmmm, not the greatest service. Waited for the tech to find my misplaced pet script but the tech kept getting interrupted & distracted by other customers & just stood chit chatting with other customers for a solid 13 minutes while I waited for him to locate my pets flea meds. It was odd.
