“Anyone that shops at Costco knows that they sell quality products that are worth the fair pricing. Everyone that I know definitely increased the amount of money that they spend there when word spread about their amazing return policy, and it is amazing, even though they have changed it to anything can be returned ONLY if it was purchased within the last year. It still gives very busy people piece of mind when purchasing something without needed to research it first. People have come to trust that Costco already researched the product for us and it almost always works out. The missing star…. In the last couple of years I have been put off by the comments made by the customer service employees! They seem to be angry/disgusted by anyone returning anything and have a nasty attitude and complain to customers and their co workers very openly about processing returns. This is their job and as a customer I don’t want to hear these comments anymore or feel shamed if a product that Costco sold me needs to be returned. Please weed out the unprofessional employees!”

“In my area we had pharmacies that were closing when we had COVID. I had used other pharmacies before that. I was having two pharmacy shop during that time as some of the pharmacies could not get my medication. I have always been able to get my medication when I need it, usually a week or so before it is needed. I really like that when it is time for a refill that they text and let me know. That is very convenient and I like the fact that I don't have to try to figure out when I should order medication. I am also a Costco member.”
