Fairly new and clean. Rates are good too if you are a Marriot Bonvoy member. Our new default place to stay when passing by Eugene as we malae frequent roadtrips back and forth Cali and Washington.

The rooms were very clean and it was in a great location to stay while we saw Journey at Mathew Knight.

I love this hotel. I have spent dozens of nights here. Great front desk staff, esp Ruth. Nice room, great views of the Willamette. Strongly recommend.
