I have been looking for a specific brand of Italian Giardiniera , for a meal I was planning. No one in Eugene carries it. I finally popped an email to the company who makes it, and they suggested World Market. So off I go...
Yes... World Market had the item I was looking for. And a whole lot more. All sorts of delicious food items imported from all over the world (sausages, candies, pastas, sauces, soups, etc). A huge selection of hard to find specialty items.
I also wandered through the store to look at other stuff, and they have a nice selection of things. Baskets, blankets and throws, furniture, paintings, all sorts of stuff people need.
Service was wonderful too... very helpful

“Went in to find a futon mattress and walked away with not only a mattress but one of his custom bean bags. He had the bean bag done same day and he had the futon matress we wanted in stock. He was very knowledgeable and very kind to my very crazy children. Will be recommending this place to all we know.”
“I have two adjustable bar stool chairs that used to belong to my brother, who passed away. The adjustment lever fell right out of one, making it unusable. I took it to several places, having trouble finding anyone who would try to fix it. Someone suggested Office World, and the staff, the service, and the work were all absolutely the best. I'm so glad I took it there! They took it apart, re-welded it, and it was less expensive than anticipated.”
“I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. I was searching for a good bed pillow to sleep on. It's been a challenge over the last couple years trying to find a good decent pillow that doesn't hurt my neck.
Dillon was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He explained about the different materials and styles. He has great customer service skills, was very patient and kind. They have a wonderful selection of pillows there. If anyone's looking for a good pillow, go there. They have a pillow wall with every type of pillow they sell that you can try out in the store. I highly recommend them. If you go to the Eugene store, ask for Dillon he's awesome.”
“TLDR: I would absolutely recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. We bought two patio tables, a patio bench, and two chairs. The brand is made from recycled milk cartons and they’re made in the U.S! They’re sustainable, trendy, weather durable, and super comfortable! The owner even offered to help us load things into our car. Amazing products, service, and experience overall.
Review: My fiancée and I came in to see if we could find any outdoor furniture. I called about 10 different stores in the eugene/springfield area to see if anyone has any furniture. Every store either laughed, didn’t have any in stock, or was just kind of unhelpful. The owner answered my phone call and was extremely kind so I figured we would go in to take a look at what they had. This was the only store that treated us like genuine customers & people.
We’re a pretty unassuming couple so most stores we go into don’t really take us seriously. We’re in our mid 20s, we wear crocs and sweatpants most of the time, and we’re just casual people overall. So whenever we go anywhere, we don’t really get offered help because many just assume we’re there to browse or don’t have much money to spend. However, the owner of this shop was immediately friendly and began to engage with us to see what we were in looking for. I explained that I wanted to get patio furniture and she showed us options. We actually found a great brand that’s sustainable, it was 40% off, comfortable, weather durable, and extremely cute!! The product, the service, and the owner exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely continue to buy from here.”

“Doug was terrific. He made sure he had the parts to do the job and made sure he checked for clogs to make sure he couldn’t fix it without them. He was able to replace a glow plug clear a port and get our broiler working great without having to replace everything.”

“Target is always a fun place to look around but when you haven't been to one in way over a year, it's beyond exciting. Of course, I was looking for rugs, which isn't quite as exciting. There were so much at a Target. And, despite, my best efforts looking at everything, I left with only rugs. The rugs were really nice-thick, cushy and pretty to look at so I was very pleased. I would definitely go back to Target. It's a great store for everything you could need in the home.”
