“So fun! It’s owned by Hot Topic so it’s that same atmosphere minus the emo-haired ultra pierced kids (I’m not hating, I had my phase) really nice staff, super cool sections for One Punch, Studio Ghibli, Disney, etc.. fun Japanese snacks and toys too. Definitely on my list for gifts now.”
“Amazing service from compassionate people. They helped me find what I needed and even pulled a card for me when they felt the inspiration to do so. It was a beautiful shopping experience. I love their selection and how easy it was to find everything I needed. They also have weekend events, Tarot readings, etc. I will be back.”
“Passionflower Design in Eugene, Oregon is a truly beautiful gift shop filled with incredible treasures. From local kombucha to unique perfumes and thoughtfully curated gifts, every part of the store feels special and inspiring. It is the kind of place where you can browse for a few minutes and end up wanting to see everything.
What made the visit even better was the outstanding customer service from Emily. She went above and beyond, creating such a warm and welcoming experience. Her knowledge of the perfumes they carry was genuinely impressive, and she described each fragrance with such skill and passion. It was clear that she truly understands scent and loves what she does.
We had a wonderful discussion about perfume, and because of her expertise, I ended up purchasing two fragrances. In fact, I bought more than I originally planned, but with absolutely no regrets. Emily made the experience feel personal, enjoyable, and memorable.
Passionflower Design is more than just a gift shop it is a destination for beautiful finds and meaningful experiences. If you are in Eugene, it is absolutely worth a visit.”
“I happened to wonder into this store I had never been, and so happy I did...I was promptly greeted by the sweetest person named Kaiya. She was very helpful and showed me around the store and I did find a few items I had to buy with her help. It was a fun experience and for sure will be back. If your looking for fun gifts or something for yourself try out this shop.”
“We stopped into the store specifically looking for Oregon gifts for our friends and family back in South Dakota, plus we love to support local. The variety was great, we left with some awesome trinkets, memorabilia and gifts!”
“This store is so much fun to find different decor at real bargain prices. I go around the store a couple of times because I always miss an item. The employees are so friendly. Can hardly wait for Christmas open house.”
“I don't typically buy any merch from the Duck store, unless it's on deep discount because prices here are off the charts! I do enjoy the coffee shop in the corner of the store and get mochas here, they serve better drinks than most of the coffee shops around, so I visit often before work and do enjoy window shopping the cool Duck gear. Occasionally I'll buy some art supply items downstairs, they have a great selection of pencils and pens as well as notebooks. Not as cheap as shopping at Target or Walmart, but better selection of quality. It's the Duck Store, I'm a Duck, you should be a Duck too! :)”
“TLDR: I would absolutely recommend this store for their outstanding customer service. We bought two patio tables, a patio bench, and two chairs. The brand is made from recycled milk cartons and they’re made in the U.S! They’re sustainable, trendy, weather durable, and super comfortable! The owner even offered to help us load things into our car. Amazing products, service, and experience overall.
Review: My fiancée and I came in to see if we could find any outdoor furniture. I called about 10 different stores in the eugene/springfield area to see if anyone has any furniture. Every store either laughed, didn’t have any in stock, or was just kind of unhelpful. The owner answered my phone call and was extremely kind so I figured we would go in to take a look at what they had. This was the only store that treated us like genuine customers & people.
We’re a pretty unassuming couple so most stores we go into don’t really take us seriously. We’re in our mid 20s, we wear crocs and sweatpants most of the time, and we’re just casual people overall. So whenever we go anywhere, we don’t really get offered help because many just assume we’re there to browse or don’t have much money to spend. However, the owner of this shop was immediately friendly and began to engage with us to see what we were in looking for. I explained that I wanted to get patio furniture and she showed us options. We actually found a great brand that’s sustainable, it was 40% off, comfortable, weather durable, and extremely cute!! The product, the service, and the owner exceeded all of our expectations and we will definitely continue to buy from here.”

“I've made several online purchases from this shop and have nothing but good to say about my experience. Their customer service is excellent and their inventory of fly fishing-themed gifts is like nothing else anywhere. The phone cases are especially great! I will be making more purchases at the Rogue Angler!”

“Very cool little shop behind the Oakway Center. Not sure about the recent low star ratings, our experience was great. This store carries soooooo many Jellycats, which you cannot find anywhere else in Eugene. Other stuff are quite interesting as well, this is the place for you to shop the gifts!”
“Melissa was incredibly helpful and kind and went out of her way to look for something special for me and even emailed me about it when she couldn't find it... couldn't have been nicer. Really appreciate it!! 🥰”
