“Best prices in Eugene for groceries. However, I generally don't get my produce here. I tend to buy fruits and vegetables that go bad quicker from another grocery store. It seems Winco gets produce that's slightly older than what's available in other stores.
But this only applies to some produce.
Their deli department also sells meats that need to be eaten within five days.
But the rest of the store is the best in town.
I bought sausage hot dogs at Winco for $1.99 that weren't on sale - this was their regular price. The exact same product was sold at Fred Meyers for $4.99. they were on sale at Freddy's for $3.99 and there was a $1 off coupon so it came down to $2.99. After all the discounts the Fred Meyers product still cost $1 more than it did at Winco.
Prior to this I had paid the full price of $4.99 at Freddy's before I discovered how affordable Winco is.”
“Our favorite store in Eugene. This store as almost all items larger stores have. (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco) Always great to shop here. Parking can be full”
“This is probably my favorite liquor store. The customer service is always awesome. You can get hot food here and prime rib on served on Fridays. The liquor store is open until 9pm, making this location one of two choices after 8pm (Bruns is open until 10pm)”
“Open every day 7am-11pm Eugene’s indie grocery store is competitive with the larger franchises. It is also conveniently located 1 block from the new YMCA. Now nutrition and exercise can be handled in one run. Consisting of a bulk food section as well as bulk body care section Sundance is a place where you can refill your Dr. Bronner’s soap and find lip balm with no beeswax. While trying to source organically and cruelty-free, the first section of Sundance is neatly organized to maximize shelf/bin space. In the coolers you can find Kombucha as well as non-alcoholic beer. In the second section you will find lucious hand selected mostly organic produce. The third section is the hidden gem with a vegan hot bar and salad bar. They have soup and tea and coffee to go in thermal containers. They make a variety of vegan sandwiches in house including Pesto Ch’kun and TLT (Tempeh Lettuce and Tomatoe) At $9.25 for a sandwich, be prepared to spend more to support the values of local business. For those that are frugally minded the hot bar usually has items marked down by 50% at the end of the day.”
“My heart is literally melting because these employees in this place has been so amazing to me, but I have no words to say besides thank you all and thank you Eugene, Oregon for helping the community making a difference one tank of gas at a time and special thing goes out to Teri and the whole squad!!!! Thank you all :)”
“This place is great. It reminds me of a prop of a grocery store. All the products are are pulled forward and turned straight like a prop in a movie. The cashiers are frickin awesome. Super friendly. And they always have 5.99lb ribeye steaks. So delicious”
“A lot of new inventory here 10/7/23. Some prices came down as well.
Good selection of rare local beers and wine, fancy cookies and chocolates, mushrooms, and stuff like bulk honey and aloe (?).”
“I love, love love this store!Chef's Store and Winco are the 2 places I shop pricing and quality for 1st, then check other store coupons. The staff are extremely helpful, and their professionalism is priceless.A must go to set of stores...and no bag charge at Chef Stores as they share and encourage the us of their boxes as shared recycling.”
“Stopped in this market today to see what kind of things they had and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, they’re a little more on the pricey side but honestly, what place isn’t now? You can find things there that you can’t find elsewhere (found a lot of vegan ingredients, snacks, drinks, etc.) and you’re supporting local small businesses. There’s also a deli/cafe.”
“They are open late. Located inside the Apple market, it is convenient if you also want to pick up some food and are in the Whit. The people are friendly. Sometimes, there are samples. I highly recommend.”
“If only for the Indian food cart alone, I would give this place a million stars. The staff is very sweet and helpful, and the food is literally the best in Eugene, hands down. Get the potato garbanzo curry and get it as hot as you can possibly tolerate. Your soul will thank you later. Portions are also often 2 meals, at least, assuming you can control yourself. The market also has a ton of healthy options and a decent drink selection. I will continue to shop here as long as it's around!”

“Best corn tortillas in the area. I will never buy store brand again. Easier to cook with as well!! I don’t need to make two-ply tacos anymore. They stay intact and not rip apart.
And the salsa verde!! I should have bought more. I was going to make enchiladas verde, but I ate too much of it with the fresh chips. It’s so good!! 5 Stars!!”
“This is a discount grocer. They have good prices on a lot of name brand products. This particular store is a little older, and the road sign could use a bit of paint. lol”

“Although inflation has severely dampened my enjoyment of grocery shopping, Natural Grocers is still my favorite for organic, whole fruits and vegetables. I agree with the above poster, no idea why there is no bulk section, would like to see that verses in prepackaged plastic containers. Even MOC, Capella, Kiva and Sundance have bulk bins.”
“This is such a cute place! I love how economically friendly everything is here and the gorgeous pattern selections they have. I especially liked the reusable towel selection they had and I wish I had room in my suitcase to buy some. Bit on the pricier side, but it will be cost effective over the longrun.”
“UPDATE:LOST A STAR FROM MY REVIEW DUE TO EARLY CLOSURE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT ?All the lights were on w the exception of the small Open neon as lots of people were still trying to flood in WELL before closing time... only to find a barred door & cashier sneaking out the side door w her boyfriend ✓ GOOGLE EVEN TOLD ME I WOULD ARRIVE AN HOUR BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED! that's almost worth striping two stars ?ORIGINAL REVIEW:no longer able to use the outhouse... not much selection of anything else beside refreshments... but the staff & considerably fair pricing is so wonderful that it ALLLLLLLMOST completely makes up for whatsoever may dissatisfy ? altogether thumbs up”
“The nicest most helpful people
Had the greatest experience not only with the balloon/floral department when getting balloons inflated but with every single employee if I could give more stars I would”
“Good local Pillar of the community wholesome food... Knowledgeable staff. Not as affordable as some other healthy food store options (like trader Joe's...) .... But they have a niche for sure. There's some things they sell there that you can't find easily elsewhere.... Better prices than some of their direct, locally owned natural food store competition on some things.... Definitely recommended to check out. One of Eugene's older health food stores.”
“The customer service was spot on. I had been to two different places with my question and the attendant was able to answer my question quickly and with a smile :)”
“Some of the friendliest people I have been around! Great selection, and the staff is always happy to help you find something. Been shopping here for ages and it's always been a solid spot for snacks, drinks, and quick groceries. Definitely recommend!”

“Lovely store. All of them are employee owned. There are great deals if you know your prices. Plus, I just found out that they are doing digital coupons;extra bonus”
“Love TOMS! It's a few blocks away and they have good prices and a surprising selection of dairy pantry/freezer and even some fresh produce at great prices! The woman who works during the mornings on the weekdays is awesome! She always has something witty and kind and compassionate to say, and always has me leaving with a smile!”
“I was in your store yesterday. I went to the deli and was looking for some antipasto. You didn’t have any that was put out. Charles was amazing! When I told him what I was looking for he said no problem, I will make some for you. I have never been to a store that would actually go out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Thank you Charles!”
“A very nice store with a very nice lady that runs the register. They're super helpful here and are always bringing fresh products so customers get to have new experiences / ingredients. The store is also reliably stocked so you're never worried about not getting what you need.”

“My favorite gas station! Always excellent service for over 20 years!Trust getting gas here as well! Had to replace fuel injectors in one vehicle and many fuel filters in another after moving to this side of town and getting gas repeatedly at ampm. Expensive lessons on choosing gas!”
“I really like this place! A lot in a small place. Beautiful deli, meat counter, and produce. Well organized and lots of good brands I recognized. Nice little specialty items. I could totally see coming down and getting stuff for a special meal. Interesting wine selection including sauternes. Deli has a lot of vegetarian options and everything is well labeled. (I have a peanut allergy and a good number of vegetarian items in a health food deli contain peanuts.) Sandwiches are amazing! (Pastrami ?) Wonderful customer service! Would highly recommend!”
