See my review for the Seneca store. I called the store and they have the same refund policy which, of course is not posted there either from what the person said. My main recommendation is don't buy gifts there.

This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Where the hell do they find these people. They're all kids that work their with real terrible attitudes. They don't even greet you in or out. I check out and they literally don't say a word !!

There is no customer service. They don't employ anyone. Products they carry are trash. The customer service is even worse. With the amount of money this company is making you would think they could provide a little bit of service. Jerry's is a much better local company with knowledgeable staff.
