“one of the only places from my childhood that is actually way bigger than I remember it being. So glad they have been able to keep growing in a time when home town stores often close.”
“JR was very helpful and took care of my return. He was very polite and respectful and did so without any issues. Wonderful experience and great guy all around. Thank you!”
“Long time customer, I’m always able to find what I need here. This past week went in for some synthetic line for a winch. Was in and out in just a few minutes. Will happily continue to do business here.”
“Searched all over town for a nut that nobody had and somebody over at Lowe’s. Told me if anybody’s gonna have it it’s gonna be RNS right across the street from Lowe’s ensure enough I go in there and they took care of me. Can’t thank them enough outstanding team whenever I need nuts and fasteners. This is my go to place when in Eugene.”
“Anco reached out to us regarding the opportunity to provide fasteners for our company after we had been with our previous supplier for quite some time. Not only were they able to beat their competitors on pricing, but their customer service has been top notch from day one.
From delivering nails directly to our jobsites wherever we are working, to fast turnaround times on tool repairs (only two days), to helping us with tool sales and support, they have consistently gone above and beyond.
They provide some of the best service we have experienced in the industry, and they have earned a long-term trade partnership with our company.”
“I went in looking for a part I wasn’t sure existed for a unique situation and the service team listened and came up with a solution with off the shelf parts. They saved the day and project! I’d give them more stars than 5 if I could. I’ll do all my plumbing business with them for here on out.”
“Really tight spot to pull in with 53ft, better park and talk to someone to get exact directions. Friendly stuff, will help in yard. No docks as far as I understand they will tell u where to park and then pull out ramp to u. Fast unloading. In and out pretty quick.”

Hardware Stores
“This is not a normal hardware store. This could be considered a specialty hardware store. They do doors mainly but don’t go there looking for general hardware.”
“Angela helped me track down a receipt for our Payroll Dept that was lost for a month! She was very patient professional and most importantly very noble. I'm happy to come back to this location to experience excellence. Thank you Angela on Behalf of Buffalo Wild Wings Management”
“I decided to stop by Airgas since my classmates kept mentioning this store.
Kanoi, Brad, and Shannon at the front desk were all very helpful. As a beginner, they were very welcoming and friendly. Also, they were very knowledgeable and informative about each of the products I was interested in. They also are really good at recommending budget-friendly alternatives. I was able to try things on, check for fit, and review some specs with them.
Nikki, the store manager also helped me walk the floor and was able to educate me about their products. While visiting, I learned that there is a student discount, but it's not flat across all items. Still, a discount, no matter how small, for students goes a long way!
I had an issue with an autodarkening helmet (not Airgas's fault, it was the last display model, which I tried to make work but couldn't quite figure out. After a few trips back and forth to the store over several days, the team at Airgas —especially Shannon, did everything they could to make it right.
Good people at this store, and they care for local students. It's a good location to keep in mind as I learn and grow as a student and professionally.”
“Had to find a micro screw, they were very helpful and had the screw i was looking for that i couldnt find anyplace else. Very friendly and down to earth, would highly recomend.”
“Thank you, Grant for assisting me with trying to get my hands on a part that was on National Backorder. I appreciate your kindness, your fast responses and swiftly reaching out to other places to make sure we could find what we were looking for. Thank you so much! I, as well as Bish's RV, appreciate you! I look forward to future business with Motion and Flow Control Products!”
“Easy place to load, real nice people 👌 the receptionist was very nice and professional, thanks Payton. 😊 hope i got her name right. Ps come in off the 99 proceed down the driveway. Stop at the split . Check in at the office strait ahead . Thanks a@m sonny”
“Idk why they decided to have a whole hill in the middle of road when going to DTED (Down To Earth Distributors). But otherwise the location has available parking at the end of the street or towards the side of the DTED facility. Temporary park in front of DTED facility next to the train track.”
“I came into the tool rental department with my 2 kids. It was a rough day for us. Jake helped us and went above and beyond with his customer service! Thank you so much Jake for everything. You really saved the day.”
“I LOVE my Seneca Rd. Home Depot in Eugene, OR! I try to go to the other location in Eugene (because it is more convenient to where I live) but always end up frustrated and then leaving and going to the Seneca road location. At the Seneca Rd. location, the Customer Service people are amazing and even take back my returns with a smile (lol). I can always find an employee in a department when I have a question and they seem like they are genuinely there to help me. They have the products I want. I even order things online (like pallets of flooring) and have them delivered there and they are always so helpful. Hopefully, Home Depot knows how wonderful their employees are at this location and give them some props, cause the employees are the ones that keep me coming back! Keep up the good work, Seneca Rd Eugene Home Depot!”
“Had to replace some kitchen cabinet hinges from the 90s. They offered a modern replacement and advice about installation. Part worked great and was much much cheaper than I thought it was going to be.”
“Bought this amazing surround that ran up the vaulted ceiling wall to the ceiling in 3 peices. (A true wet room). Nice lines. Beautiful clean look. Product is a new offering and worth every penny. Its stunning! Dropped in a 200 pound pre-fab shower pan in a real marble with a hex pattern also new from Home Depot.
*To cut that surround at a angle you will need a diamond head.
*Our Alcove was 61 inches wide by 31 inches deep. We had it reframed to square 60 inches and 36 inches deep. We had to reinforce the floor to support the 200 pound marble Hex shower pan and set. It has been a few months and it is so easy to maintain. Always looks like new. Labor cost for Alcove project and bathroom painting was 3.5k (we are rural). Again we had to resize our Alcove when looking at that figure. Our plumbers were also new to these products and we heard some very nice possitive comments. And some heavy shower pan gasps.
*the finishing corner peices are a tad tricky to line up properly.
*Bought the shower stand because I can not commit to any decorative shelf(s) until I live it a little longer. But I'm liking the openess.
*Our home is A rural 1994 manufactured home, why is this older manufactured home getting this incredible remodel because past owners have all put their stamps here and there, all we are doing is pulling it together, setting things right and perfecting it's story on a very special tidal island.”
“I LOVE shopping here!! The employees are always ready to help you & greet you with a warm welcoming attitude! ? The prices are reasonable on their items too, lower than their competition down the street!”
“Had an order for flooring online that never got delivered. This store helped me find out what happened, and helped me leave with the better quality flooring instead of the order that was undelivered. The associates were all so kind and understanding. It really was a big mess and I’m very pleased with how they treated me even though my order initially came through “online only”. Beautiful LP flooring and molding.”
“When we first landed in Eugene, one of our first stops was Lowe’s to get set up in our new home. We purchased a washer and dryer, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with during the whole process.
Since then, we’ve made several large purchases there, and the experience has been consistently positive. It’s clear they have a strong team that takes care of customers and keeps things moving smoothly.
As a veteran, I also really appreciate that they offer a military discount. It’s a meaningful gesture that doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, this Lowe’s has been a dependable place for us as we’ve settled into the area. Great team and solid service.”
“I have been using this shop since 2016, so 10 years now, and they are the best. Doesn't matter who you run into here, they seem to know how to solve your problem. Whether you're buying water hose supplies, rubber mats, or hydrolic lines. They got you covered here. They make the lines custom fit right there on the spot.”
