I love the place. I don't know the staff/trainers name that's there when I go but he's fantastic. He remembers me and all the regular members. He knows their names which is really important

Joined recently and they are very welcoming. Close to home with good hours and equipment. Classes have been good, now I just need to visit more often.

I joined last Feb 2023 and have never regretted my decision. Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent equipment, affordable, and great hours.I go in and do my workout and never have to wait for equipment. Great weight room with an extensive number of machines. I highly recommend giving In Shape a try.
