Kendall Auto Wash is a quick and local car wash in Eugene. It is a fine car wash and overall a good experience with good value. The wash job is good and the service is great, with friendly employees. It uses top-notch equipment, technology, and processes. However, sometimes there is a lapse in service. The wash itself can be pretty harsh and may not thoroughly rinse all soap off, leaving the car dripping wet. On occasion, workers are not thorough with details like bug spots. Despite this, it does a decent job and is much like any other auto car wash.

The workers were not thorough in cleaning bug spots off the windshield before sending the car through wash. So not a perfect clean.

The employees accidentally shut off the car wash while I was in it. I thought it was a malfunction and sat for 10 mins before having to call them and get it restarted.
