“Our experience was amazing! We came in close to closing time and the owner was very polite, offering us to stay as long as we needed. She was very warm, welcoming, and helpful with finding us what we needed. The store is gorgeous and everything is well chosen. Definitely going back!”

“I love this store! Always have my size, cool van's I haven't seen yet, usually have sales of some kind going on, and the managers are always on top of there store as well as very knowledgeable. I usually try to buy at least 2 pairs of shoes when I go. If you like vans, then you should probably check it out. And the prices aren't that far away from online.”

I received an excellent makeover from Tu on June 6th.
Her skill with not only applying makeup, but telling/showing you how to apply product, what colors work best, and skincare knowledge was very helpful. I also really appreciate the care that was taken to prevent any sort of cross-contamination in the products and tools used.
My skin and face looked so good, and the color of my eyes popped so much that I received compliments throughout the rest of the day.
My skin has changed a lot over the past couple of years, and I just needed help.
She listened to my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable, and kind.
Her customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back to her.”

“I ordered two pairs of jeans online but they were the wrong size. So I decided to go into the store to see if they had them in stock there. Unfortunately they didn't, but the employee who helped me, named Em, was so incredibly helpful! The caliber of customer service she gave made me feel like was in a very high-end store with a personal shopper! She asked if I wanted her to do the exchange online for me, or find something in the store. I was tempted to try to find something in store for instant gratification, and she asked me all the questions needed to find what I was looking for. She hit it spot on, but I decided to still stick with the originals and she seamlessly reordered them for me and even asked about the length because I had previously been thinking I might like the short length instead.

“Veronica was a wonderful cashier/associate!!! Kindness can go a long way (in just about every situation) and really matters. She was super nice and helped me with a confusing return/purchase. I have had really bad experiences at Valley River Center AE store in the past. AE needs more Veronica's or have her train other AE employees. She made me decide to return to the store after i was considering not coming back because of a prior bad experience at this store.”

“Recently ordered a pair of pants from Porterhouse. They arrived quickly but weren't the right fit for me. I contacted them for an exchange and the team at Porterhouse responded quickly with a return label and sent the new pair to me quickly. I live across the country but they were able to get me the right fit within a week of requesting an exchange, including the time it took to ship the pants back to them.
Great products and excellent customer service; would highly recommend.”
