My granddaughter wanted to go to Hot Topic for her birthday. It was her first time going to the mall. We went to the Hot Topic in Valley River Ctr in Eugene Or. & Alex & Wizard helped us!!! They were so very helpful & kind!! Excellent customer service!! I hope they are still working there when we go back!!!

Always friendly and very helpful employees. This is the only Hot Topic I've ever been in that I can navigate most of in my wheelchair, so major points for that.
