We have used NWCU for years, but they recently merged w Twinstar and everything has gone downhill. Accounts are no longer free, online banking is unreliable, and plaid doesn't work at all. Hasn't for around a month and NWCU tells us it's not their problem. Yes. It is. Go elsewhere.
