The bank itself offers tons of member services and actually feels like they have your best interest (heh interest). Their notary service is such a huge relief as that can be a sporadic but big headache when needed otherwise. Can't recommend enough especially the folks at the w 11th branch.”

“I want to give a shout out to Ms. Spencer! I went into my Royal Street branch and spoke with her as I was going to be out of the country when I had some accounts that needed to be dealt with before I returned. I told her I had access to Email while out of the country and she said if I would contact her a couple of days before the transactions needed to be made, she would handle it for me.
