“I always have a wonderful and friendly expierence with valvoline, and today Kyle and his team went above and beyond! 1,000% recommend!! We pulled in 20 minutes before they closed with a check engine light and some concerns. They did a free safety check of all of our fluids, and hooked up the engine code reader. Kyle helped fix the reason for the code! Thank you so much for the awesome service!”

He and his team were able to discover that I needed a new transmission, which was covered by my Toyota extended warranty. Also my water pump and the bearings on my right side of the vehicle were replaced and covered by the warranty as well.

“I have had 2 perfect experiences with Robert. First about 2 weeks ago, I went in for an oil change on my Dodge Ram. He was extremely friendly, funny, and recommended and engine additive that actually did improve the mileage on my engine, and it didn't cost me too much extra. This morning, 5/30/25, I stopped back in because my oil cap was put on a little too tight and he stopped what he was doing and helped me get it off and checked my oil level for me before I went on a 4 hour trip. He is awesome! Highly recommend Walmart Auto care as a whole, the other negative reviews show nothing but self entitlement. I work in the auto industry. I highly recommend the Walmart Auto care center.”

“Zac the assistant manager is a good dude. The battery terminals on my car were completely rusted away and were causing connection problems. I went to goodyear downtown Eugene and they quoted me almost $300 dollars to replace my terminals. When I told them I would rather do it myself, they then pulled my car out of the garage and when I got there it obviously wouldn't turn on. When I got out and popped the hood to try and reset the connection, I looked up and the techs are sitting in the garage laughing at me with no other cars in the garage. That's when I went to Jiffy Lube and talked to Zac. He helped me and only charged me $100, so I left a pretty good tip and said thank you, as any good customer should do when they are treated right. Moral of my story DONT GO TO GOODYEAR, GO TO JIFFYLUBE. I understand Jiffy Lube can't do everything but they aren't a scam like all of these other shops.
