Theyve put air in my tires, and put water in the car for free, Ive always gone to them for any help with fluids in my car”

The staff was great, really professional, and talked to me like they were about to work on a friends car. After the initial inspection and the solution they came to, they called me and talked to me about the work and everything before actually doing it. After agreeing, they got it done and were able to get my car ready earlier in the day than anticipated. All around, great experience. ??”

“I brought in my car for a transmission fluid top off, which for a Chevy Cruze requires a complicated process involving removal of the drain plug on the transmission itself while adding fluid from the top filler port. Other lube shops could not do this, referring me to transmission repair shops. Jiffy Lube's Brandon and Drew performed the operation cheerfully and professionally. Then, a surprise: No charge, even though I'm not a regular customer of Jiffy Lube. I'll be back with future business. (In fact, I did come back later for a full transmission fluid flush/replacement. Of course, they did charge me for that service.)”

“My car's new battery would be dead every morning. So I took it to James, who had previously attempted to help me fix it over the phone. Of course we couldn't duplicate the problem, even though they kept my car for 4 days to see if it would act up again. Of course it didn't but James helped me check my fuses, kept my car safe for 4 days s (I was out of town anyway), and was an honest enough man to confess they couldn't find anything, didn't try and make something up, and did not charge me one red cent. If a company is willing to go to those lengths ands not even bill me for diagnostics.. Gave me some solid advice on what to look for, and politely wished me good day. I can't believe it took 39 years to find a shop that wasn't always trying to sneak in something . They have earned my loyalty!”
