They made a mistake on their end with my business checking. To fix it they told me they would have to close my existing checking accounts and re open new ones. Told them if that happens I am going to a new financial institution. Guess who is finding a new financial institution.

They never answer the phone, and if you go to the branch they always make you feel like they are doing you a favor!
