“Our dog had her teeth cleaned, and some extracted by Dr. Blystone. As usual, Dr. Blystone provided excellent care with compassion, and she acknowledged and addressed our concerns. She called in between X-rays to keep us abreast on conditions and what needed to be done. When we came back to pickup our dog, she showed us the X-rays and explained in more details, and instructed aftercare. We got a follow-up the next day, checking on our girl’s condition. All in all, everything went well, and the whole experience at BAH was great. We’ve been taking our girl there for 9 years, and though her primary care provider is Dr. Blystone, she had been cared for by, I believe, all other BAH vets, and we have been happy with all of them.”

“Willakenzie Animal Clinic has always been great at getting Ralphie (my Persian cat), & myself in on a short notice. He has health issues & we visit quite often. The staff is friendly, caring, & super helpful! They also call the next day to check up on your pet to see how they’re doing, which I appreciate greatly! ?”

“Took my cats in for a spay/neuter surgery. The staff was very professional and paid a lot of attention to me and my cats. They were very helpful in scheduling my appointments and making sure they weren't too far out in the future.

The prices were very reasonable and I loved that they had options for those who are low-income. They did a wonderful job at providing for my cats and giving me peace of mind.”

All of the vets are knowledgeable and compassionate people; intelligent, well-educated and unafraid to turn to other staff for input when they wonder about something. Over the years, they have helped us through baby times, all the times in between, and times when we had to say good-bye to our precious friends. AND they've helped us through a couple emergencies, like yesterday, when I screwed up and somehow left fudge where my pups could reach it. When I realized we were in over my head, I called and was told to bring the pup in whom I knew needed help. We arrived as quickly as possible, although we live 25 miles away. We were met in the parking lot by Ashley, who immediately took the one pup from the car. She got him quickly into the clinic for treatment. He was more than happy to be going inside with her, as he loves his vet visits! Dr. Blystone appeared in a few minutes, while I waited in the car with my other pup who was complaining about being left outside! Dr. Blystone told me what she was doing and that my pup was OK. She was very comforting and kind. Today, our precious pup is tired, but he's with us! I cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this Bush team. They have been our support for over 20 years, always providing positive and top notch care. They communicate beautifully, listening as well as they give feedback and educate me when I have questions. I can expect immediate support when I am afraid for my furries, and I can count on loving and compassionate care being given. The pups love going to see their doctors! .....any of them. They are the very best. PS My neighbor was listening to the phone call I made to them yesterday when I knew we needed help. She was AMAZED at their immediate and kind response to our need. And the stayed late to help us..... Precious care givers. Simply the best.”

“Brought my chihuahua here after having a rough time with diagnosis. She typically hates the vet and just shakes but she is treated like an absolute queen here! They give her the best quality treats and break them up for her are super gentle and thorough. I seriously wish I could find this level of care for myself!? couldn’t recommend them more!”

“I can not explain how compassionate and loving this office was. I had a pup who was in so much pain and needed to be put down. They were the 6th office I called, and no one seemed to care, just wanted to schedule for tomorrow or the next day. This is the only place that took the time to hear me out and then they made room for us in their packed schedule. The process of putting our dog down was very loving and they gave all the support anyone would want in that situation. Going forward I will only take my animals here. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.”

“I can not even begin to express my gratitude enough for having found this clinic! My poor pup had an issue with her eye, and I could find no one in the Central Oregon area to see her quickly. The folks at Riverbrook took my request seriously - we got an appointment right away and Dr. Browning, the veterinarian, called me directly to discuss my dog's eye issues. We drove 3 hours to see them and it was beyond worth it! We received top notch service and results! I'm happy to report that Dr. Browning's assessment, recommendations, and fast action possibly saved our dog's eye! I would highly recommend Riverbrook to anyone who needs a vet and wants someone they can count on and trust. I might even make him our primary vet - it's truly worth the 3 hour drive!”

“At West Eugene Animal Hospital I can honestly say that I trust this care giving team, everyone that I have worked with for my dog has the same intention that I have for her. To get her out of pain and living a quality life again and enjoy being a young vibrant puppy. I can also say that they care about cost here too, they don't want to break the bank while trying to do their best. I appreciate this approach. I truly feel that I am being cared for as well. “I've had pretty limited interactions with Ark but they have all been positive. The best was their responsiveness to getting us in when no other vet had availability. They are kind and thorough in their interactions.”

“My 15 year old dog had an eye irritation that was getting worse. Echo Hollow got me in because someone cancelled. My dog was seen immediately and tested for foreign objects or infection and gave me a steroid for the irritation. The whole visit was just over 200.00. Two days of steroid eye drops and her eye is almost normal.
The vet was so nice.”

“We love Dr Jones and all of the ladies that have cared for our babies over the years. They have loved our babies and cried with us when they’ve crossed the rainbow bridge. Dr. Jones sat on the floor with us and walked us through that heartbreaking ? experience. It gave us so much comfort. I won’t trust anything until I clear it through Dr. Jones first. ? ? We are grateful for everything they do.”

“They got me in quickly to look at my cat's eye. He was pretty rough the night before with another cat in the house and got whacked in the face. I was very worried and couldn't get in to see my normal vet until later in the day.

They checked him out and to the best of their knowledge gave him some ointment and showed me a good way to apply it.

I was a little shocked to see the ointment was twice the amount it costs online or at pharmacy, but it was still cheaper than the emergency vet. I can't give them 5 stars due to the upsale pricing, but I know a lot of vets do things like this now.

Overall, it was a good experience. My cat isn't exactly an easy case since he had a more complex history with wet Fip. I understand the policy for having all pets completely vaccinated and yearly checkups etc, but I do like to have a choice (since my cat is indoors and has had some immune compromised illness). Especially since Fip warriors and vets tend to not have the same recommendations.”
