“I needed my water pump replaced and contacted multiple mechanics to see how much it could be done for. Most mechanics around town were charging about $500. The Honda dealership was going to charge $750. I then remembered a mechanic shop that I used to drive by every day and decided to drive over there to see how much they could replace my water pump for. I got a quote for $280 which is phenomenal. I literally was able to get it done right there while waiting. The owner and everybody that works there is very friendly and very nice and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more to anybody that needs to get their car fixed. Thank you too, Justino for such great service and providing a fair price. I will recommend this place to everybody and anytime I have any issue with my car. This is the first place that I’m going to go to.”

The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.

They are open Saturdays. Which is very convenient for me. I have called other shops and they are closed on Saturdays.
They have loaned me a rental car any time I needed one. They may not be the best cars. But it helps out the pocket book not having to mess around with a rental.
I have called them last minute for an oil change. They say they can get it done. If I drop off my vehicle. They text or call me when it is done..
They no my name when I walk through the door. They are very courteous and nice..We kid around with each other..
They are willing to work on my 1979 Chevrolet G10 Van. That other Mechanics call a project. And refuse to work on it. Or just let my Van sit on their lot until I finally come pick it up..
They work on my 2016 Jeep Compass also. My Jeep has high mileage and is slowly getting costly..but It is cheaper to have them fix it. Rather than get deep in payments on a newer vehicle..
I have read other people's negative comments..they can go somewhere else and be charged even more money. And have to take time off work to get your vehicle fixed..because they are not open on Saturday. And want to stop seeing people after 4:30 pm.
If you run a mechanic shop you need to be open on Saturday. And accommodate people later than 4:30..
Also good luck getting a loaner car..

“Absolutely amazing job and great price. I called about five places looking for a quote on changing my serpentine belt and they were all almost $100 more than what I was charged here.
Since I diagnosed the car myself other places also wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee ranging from $80-$200. When I called honest auto care there was a lovely lady on the phone who said they would be happy to check it free of charge and if it was just that I needed to tighten the pulley they would do that as opposed to replacing it without confirming. I dropped my vehicle off this morning, and was able to pick it up by lunchtime with my new belt. Everyone here was so courteous and kind”

Jiffy lubes got it going on it was way past five stars especially the young female that was navigating things verbally and I could hear the guy on lower Deck answering her back and they were really doing together everybody accomplishes more team. This is my go-to place from now on from my oil change in Jesus name by these crew some Chinese food or something says this Desert Storm veteran”

Only 1 out of 4 times I’ve been there was there ever a problem and it was due to a staff issue and their protocol so my typical 45min service took 1.5hrs (that day I was not a happy camper).
