They also do car servicing, so I will go to them when I am due for my 90k maintenance schedule.Update Oct 2023 (2 years from initial post): I now go to On The Go Auto Services for everything - 90k servicing, replacing lights, tire and filter check, and of course oil changes. Every time I've been, Zeph is quick and courteous, and they have me out within 10 mins (except for 90k-type servicing). Every time I'm driving out, I think to myself, "thank goodness for this place!".”

“We had an easy trip to Xpresso lube today. I had been taking my car to the Toyota dealer for all its service until the whole Covid situation. I have been staring at the maintenance light for a while knowing it was time for an oil change. It was very straightforward. The young men working were friendly. They have several kinds of oil changes each at $10 more than the basic one. It was $80 for the oil change Minion #1 told me to get ( I was baffled by the synthetic vs. regular oil). It included checking all the levels and tires and stuff, and I guess its supposed to include a carwash but it was pouring so we didn't bother with that. The oil change was quick, they offered us a $125 fuel injection service ( we said no), and we were in and out quickly. Their waiting room is nice, clean, with lots of seating. Looks like they were about to holiday it up as there were decorations sitting in bags and boxes in a corner. It has an espresso machine, i don't know if they sell drinks or not. We already had Black Rock with us. Easy peasy.I bet they have coupons in local mailers though, I would look for that next time.”

“It just occurred to me today, that I have never left a review for Metro Car Care! And they are one of my favorite small businesses around here! I am so, so appreciative of the service I have gotten here over the last 4 years. They have always been so professional, fair, and honest with me. When I first came to them I was under the impression from another business that my car needed to have something changed on it. Kirk looked at my car and then told me “well, I could change that out for you, but your car really doesn’t need it and I would just be wasting your money! So I don’t recommend that!” They totally could have taken advantage of me if they had wanted to. I have always felt like any repairs were well explained to me, and the charges very reasonable. I have a 2006 Toyota Camry at 260K miles and they have been so helpful in keeping the car maintained and helping me sort through which repairs are actually needed to keep my old car running as long as possible without costing a ton. Thank you guys!”

“Decided I wanted to use amsoil and I called ahead to see if I could get some. person on phone was friendly and knowledgeable. went in later that day and they already had my 6quarts of 0w20 ready. Very friendly family running an amsoil shop. If anyone needs any type of amsoil lubricant same day they prob have it in stock most likely”

“Went there for an oil change when our usual mechanic was out of commission. I noticed that there were a lot of negative reviews, but I decided find out for myself and figured oil changes are straightforward. It took a minute for someone to offer help, but once we were on our way, it didn't take long--about 20 minutes. Was treated professionally snd my car sounded better when I drove away. I'd still go to my regular mechanic, but in a pinch, this place worked out alright.”

“I had my car in the shop for a month! No fault of Mini, it was all waiting for my Warranty to agree to pay for the repairs. Nathan was so awesome! He was so kind about my situation and kept me up to date.By the time my car was ready ( and he went above and beyond with the repairs) I had decided to trade the car for another.The whole process was so smooth!! “After a couple of attempts to find someone to fix a broken door handle, someone recommended Gateway Tire World. Paul stopped what he was doing to examine the problem and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He also followed up on the low tire pressure reading and found a nail in one of my tires. He told me I could probably get it fixed where I had bought the tire. No attempt to sell me a new tire. The whole experience made my day and I will definitely make my next tire purchase here. Wish I had the option of making this a ten star review!”

“I showed up on a Sunday morning right when they opened and it took a little bit for them to get set up because there were a couple of us, but they were kind and courteous nonetheless. They have a little waiting area that's nice in case you don't want to wait in the car. They changed my oil and even vacuumed the floor which I really appreciated. My only gripe is that I asked how much it would cost to replace my windshield wipers and they said $39.99, but did not mention that it was per wiper. I found out at the end. I didn't mind because I needed it done, but it would have been nice if that was made a little more clear. Would definitely come back next time I need service.”

“I got the ball joints replaced on my 2008 Chevy Malibu, which is notoriously hard to work on. I tried going to les schwab and contacting a Chevy dealership to get them replaced and both were unable to repair them without a ridiculous cost. I called Bradshaw’s and they were able to get me in the next day and provide me reasonable estimates within minutes. Shannon was extremely kind and communicative and everyone there was very helpful. As somebody who is terrified of dealing with car issues and mechanics i felt very confident in putting my trust in these folks.
