From Oil changes and tune ups to larger repairs they have always provided top notch advice and service showing a genuine curiosity to solve the problem (as opposed to pushing work in and out) while communicating clearly to ensure I understood what services did and didn't need to be performed as well as all costs up front to avoid breaking my bank. I feel like prices here are right in line with reported averages if not a little lower with the extras they've thrown in free of charge. I will absolutely be returning to On the Go Auto for all my future maintenance and repairs.”

“Got my Evora 400 serviced with Pro Tek and had great service all around. My only complaint is that it was with them for a long time, but it was a complex job where the whole rear clamshell had to be removed. There was a small issue a few weeks after I received the car back, they sorted it and another minor issue that was already existing asap and didn't charge me anything!”

“I had a tire blowout and was lucky enough to be right next to Metro Car Care. I pulled in, explained what happened to the owner, and he was friendly, professional, and able to fit me in right away to have one of his technicians swap on my spare tire. I expected to pay something for the service, but when everything was finished they told me there was no charge. While I was waiting, everyone in the office and garage was friendly, professional, and efficient. The shop looked well-equipped and appears able to handle just about any repair or maintenance job. I'm grateful for their help and will definitely be bringing my car back the next time it needs service.”

“Im hoping this becomes a 5 star edit. I was really hyped to take my late model 440i Gran Coupe for a post purchase inspection but ended up with confirmation for the work I had already done pre purchase and a let down over a car wash they promised that I didn't ask for. Also, when I dropped off the car I brought up specific issues I had noticed in the first 200 miles of driving, no information about those, just confirmation of what I already knew 530 dollars later. That being said the technician did an absolute amazing job with the inspection, it was just obvious the service technician I dropped the car off with also dropped the ball. No name drop, but it rhymes with omen.”

I asked him to check my glove box because it wasn’t put in correctly and he went above and beyond to fix it for me. I noticed that there are a lot of new people working there and I feel like everyone there was a lot more professional than in the past. I will be back.”

“I'm so glad i found this dealer, Rich; the truck stop store display/showcase was actually very impressive. I need SIGNATURE synthetic 0w20 Which is almost impossible to buy off a shelf and usually only through the online store. The online store is fine but i don't like having to pay more for shipping plus waiting, i just want to go in to a store and get it but no stores carry signature which is their best product line. I hate that part but this review isn't for that. Ended up talking to Rich for about 20 minutes about oil, a conversation i didn't know i needed, but I did. And let me tell you, this man is PASSIONATE about amsoil; it runs in the family apparently, dating back to the 50's. And now I'm a customer for life. My research kept leading me back to signature and he sealed the deal. I also used to use Wix performance filters but now I'm sold on their brand because the performance is the same but there's actual support for any issues. good luck contacting anyone from Wix. Did you know they also make gun cleaner and oil? I didn't. But now i own it. The man can sell oil and make you feel good about buying it. As long as that display is there, I'll be coming back every time. Thanks Rich.”
