“I needed my water pump replaced and contacted multiple mechanics to see how much it could be done for. Most mechanics around town were charging about $500. The Honda dealership was going to charge $750. I then remembered a mechanic shop that I used to drive by every day and decided to drive over there to see how much they could replace my water pump for. I got a quote for $280 which is phenomenal. I literally was able to get it done right there while waiting. The owner and everybody that works there is very friendly and very nice and very helpful. These guys went truly above and beyond for me today during my oil change!! They were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. A 15-minute oil change is rarely something that warrants writing a review but the group of guys I had helping me out deserve a huge shoutout!”
“Everyone was very friendly, asked questions about my truck in general, explained the difference between my oil types. I explained I was heading out for a road trip & I’m the one that gets pulled over for a license plate light being out!
Service was very quick and I asked for all my non-functional lights to be replaced.
They got everything all the dead lights swapped for functional lights, it looks like the entire lighting system at the top of my lift gate on the back door. Best guess is it probably needs to be replaced by a new entire unit.
I had not been to this jiffy Jiffy Lube, it wasn’t too busy and I didn’t have to wait so I was surprised and very thankful.
Everything got done and I was very pleased.

“This is second trip to Vo's for a different car.
The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”

“I have been very happy with Honest-1..
They are open Saturdays. Which is very convenient for me. I have called other shops and they are closed on Saturdays.
They have loaned me a rental car any time I needed one. They may not be the best cars. But it helps out the pocket book not having to mess around with a rental.
I have called them last minute for an oil change. They say they can get it done. If I drop off my vehicle. They text or call me when it is done..
They no my name when I walk through the door. They are very courteous and nice..We kid around with each other..
They are willing to work on my 1979 Chevrolet G10 Van. That other Mechanics call a project. And refuse to work on it. Or just let my Van sit on their lot until I finally come pick it up..
They work on my 2016 Jeep Compass also. My Jeep has high mileage and is slowly getting costly..but It is cheaper to have them fix it. Rather than get deep in payments on a newer vehicle..
I have read other people's negative comments..they can go somewhere else and be charged even more money. And have to take time off work to get your vehicle fixed..because they are not open on Saturday. And want to stop seeing people after 4:30 pm.
If you run a mechanic shop you need to be open on Saturday. And accommodate people later than 4:30..
Also good luck getting a loaner car..

“I got the 2nd flat tire in as many weeks about 4 blocks from there. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were not able to help me though, as I have an older Scion. They do have options for financing, if you are unable to pay all at the same time as long as you have a down payment. I, however, needed it to be done long before they could even get a tire delivered. They are not bad just I'll equipped for my vehicle and unable to do anything in my time period. I had to use someone else.”

“I scheduled an appointment online, ordered the tires online and paid beforehand. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and so was someone else for all 4 tires to be changed. Check in took about 30 minutes because they couldn’t find the tires I had ordered and sent to their location. There was only one service member for both appointments. I was told I would be waiting about 1hr-1.5hrs for my car AND the car that got there at the same time as me, at 11:30 it was finally my turn when I see they’re looking for something in my car. Turns out I have a special lug nut key that I didn’t know about and they couldn’t find it so they told me there was nothing they could do and I would need to come back. I was obviously quiet upset and went to my car to look for what they were talking about. Luckily I found it before I drove away and they were able to switch the tires after all. Warren was very apologetic and did what he could to make the situation right. They were able to get the tires changed in under 30 minutes after I found the key so I was really thankful they made sure to get it done quickly after having waited forever. I had not known about the special lug nut key beforehand but I was also told store policy is they’re supposed to check about a lug nut key when they check you in for your appointment. If they had followed policy it could’ve saved time and stress for everyone involved. 4 stars because I appreciate them doing what they can to make the situation right with me and getting my tires done quickly once they pulled my car back into the garage.”
