I took my Saturn VEU in and they honestly told me it's probably not worth fixing the problem I had getting in through Oregon DEQ. I paid $900 for the car and the repair was a little over $2,000 and they honestly told me it's only a 50/50 it will fix the problem. HONEST AND RELIABLE ??”

“I'd give 10 stars if possible. They got me scheduled for a check engine turbo code diagnostic. Isaac was then able to get my repairs done the same day, which was very helpful because I desperately need this truck to move and my drive was over an hour to the shop. I am also thankful for the two mechanics that worked on my vehicle and the manager that ordered extra parts so it was on-hand for my 2007 vehicle. It's difficult to find a shop that will work on diesels on short notice. Today I got: fast, good AND fair price. Thank you Casey's!”
“I have been going to jordan ( orchards auto care) for about 3 years now. When I first went I just got a new car and me and jordan immediately got along and talked about the car and much more. I build a relationship from day one and I really like the service him and the team provides. He is always making time for me and making sure my vehicle is taken care of. One thing that always makes me come back is how he always makes sure to explain what is wrong, how he can fix it, how much it will cost and how to prevent it. “Manager is honest and genuine. I used to take my car to the Toyota dealership, but find they over price all their services and don’t do everything they say they do. I also used to endure a 3-4hr wait just for oil changes, because 1hr would turn into several and you had to ask why it would take so long. The mechanics at honest 1 were able to give advice and reasonable prices for fixing what Toyota messed up. Now their my place for oil changes and I don’t wait all day.”

“SUPER awesome location. I primarily used to go to Valvoline for general services but they were not able to help me at all with a serpentine belt replacement. I called Jiffy Lube and Trevor let me know they can absolutely provide this service. I had bought my own belt in hopes to replace it myself and they were able to use it no problem. It was done in a super reasonable amount of time and, as a woman, they didn’t attempt to overcharge me or recommend unnecessary services at all which is hard to come by. Incredibly thankful for the team at this location, especially Trevor for his excellent customer service and general kindness.”
“The name of this place is NO LIE!!! They really are HONEST. HUGE shout out to Mike. When he says he guarantees his work, he's not lying. Work was done to my partners car, and unfortunately, to no fault of Mike, we needed to bring it back. He got us in immediately, ordered the parts needed, and fixed it the same day, NO CHARGE! This company and Mike are truly one of the last HONEST ones out there (Pun intended ?). Thank you, Mike, for making what could've been a very stressful situation, stress free!”
“Took my Tacoma in for a oil change and rear Diff fluid change. They noticed one of my break lights were out and replaced. Also inspected carbon and air filters and replaced those too.The main person who was helping me was Amy. She was very polite quick and helpful.They also cleaned my battery off for me.10/10 will be back again.”
“Best oil change place there is. They’ll drain ya, plug ya, and lube ya; with no hassles. A lot of these joints try and upsell and make the whole experience as awkward as watching Euphoria with your grandmother, but this place skips all that. Every person working here was polite and friendly. Strongly recommend servicing your whips here.”

“I don't write a lot of reviews but the staff at this location were excellent & went above and beyond. Oil change was fast and I requested a new cabin filter (cabin filters can be a real pain to install in the vehicle I have). The employee who installed the cabin filter ran into some difficulty and it required extra time & tools, cutting into his lunch break. I felt bad but he was friendly and didn't complain once. Saved me a huge headache from figuring it out myself. I really appreciated the extra help and the staff here are all professional, efficient & pleasant!”

“I am overjoyed with the exceptional service I got from this crew! I was buying a new truck and wanted a second set of eyes to confirm the truck was safe and it was NOT! I shared my concerns about leaks and issues I saw and they not only confirmed my suspicions but they found even more problems! They gave me a top notch written and electronic report of all the problems with the vehicle (that the dealership tried to hide) and thanks to them I did NOT buy that pieces of crap from Gresham Dodge! I could not have asked for a more professional team to watch my back and my wallet. If you ever need auto repairs I recommened HONEST 1! “This was our first time at this location (just moved to the Couve area). The staff here were very kind & Extremely Busy, this day!!! Both bays were open & a bit short staffed (as it looked), we were back about 5 vehicles besides the ones already being serviced in the 2 bays. When we entered the drive area, we were greeted & told they were very busy & our wait time may be an Hour! We were ok with that, because we had this day planned to get this done before heading out this week for a special wedding about a 4½ hour drive away!! So, the wait was fine. I appreciated the heads up & they were pretty spot on with their estimation of an hour! Once in the bay, they all went through each step of their process & we're taking the time to do each individual step/process to make sure each of their customers (us included) were taken care of as they should be! Although, I had mentioned to the person **(We had Just had the Factory Replace our engine Brand New from top to bottom, only 6,000 miles ago)** he repeated to me what I had let them know, he was a bit too busy, entering everything into the computer & relaying the information to the team of employees working on our vehicle, but None of them took into account what I had mentioned & still tried to let me know that Soon because of the Mileage on the Vehicle & NOT on my New Engine & All Components within..I would need to Replace All belts at 100,000 miles & was Recommended to get it done...I Reminded him that We Only Have 6,000 miles on the Brand New Engine ..it didn't seem to phase him? Except, that the Cost from the factory was Almost $23,000 for the new engine & covered by the factory warranty! One thing to watch out for at Any of the quick type of oil change/lube places...Always trying to sell the other services & Most Importantly, their Sticker to come back for an oil change in 3,000 miles. Now...we Paid for & Hopefully Received their Full Synthetic Oil!!! You Only have to change Full Synthetic oil at 5,000-7,500 Miles & Some even say Up To 10,000! Watch for this at Any Place you go!! To be honest, they were So Busy that I bet it is just a habit to print off the first one! Anyway, this visit was good! They were or seemed to be consciences of the job they were to do & kept on task. I would be doing all on my own, but as I am getting older, my body doesn't want to work how it did, even 5 years ago.Thank you to the staff here! Very good experience!”

There's no wording in it to explain the fees and lots of complaints about that company that does the loans or the lease on the tires . “I love this Jiffy Lube! I've been coming here for over a year now and have been in on many occasions for different services. Every time I've been in for a service they always go above and beyond with hospitality and service. You can tell that they really value getting you back on the road in good condition. If you ever need an oil change, filter change, or rotors and break pads, I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. For someone who also isn't very car savvy, they also take care in explaining what's going on and how maybe a cheaper option would suit you better. They will take care of you (don't listen to the negative comments. They lie!).”
“They got me in quick for an oil change on my Mom's Toyota Corolla, and were happy to allow an upgrade to the Genuine OEM Toyota oil filter, which is available in the in-store auto supplies section. Just pay for the filter as an additional charge, which is quite fair. I was able to spec Full synthetic Mobil 1 motor oil. They have a variety of oil brands available. The price was quite reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate being able to specify the oil and filter brand that I prefer.Service: Oil change”
