“We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.”

“Cute small boutique store close to home. Appear to focus on quality items for your dog and cat, not much for alternative pets like my rabbit or hen. However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). Great place, definitely going back.”

“I have been training my dogs with Valley View Canine since the late 1990's when I received a German Shepherd puppy as a birthday gift along with a brochure for obedience training with Valley View Canine. Bruder loved his training and even in his old age I would take for him a nail trim. He would give Lynette kisses and hold very still for her. Three years ago I adopted my third German Shepherd and immediately enrolled him in obedience training with VVC. From an adult dog who didn't understand "sit" he had progressed to Obedience 3 and loves his training! He saw is first parade in May and I was very grateful for the knowledge I've gained training w/VVC to help him cope with sirens, marching bands and all the floats with loud noises. A shop keeper invited us to come into her shop full of breakables to help him get a break and even put water out for him! He was a perfect gentledog!

“The owner and her entire staff at Dogtown are caring and professional in everything they do. We have been coming for years for daycare, boarding, and obedience training for two of our dogs and could not be happier. Our newest dog is a rescue and was very timid and afraid when we first brought him in. The owner worked with us to gradually get him to feel safe there and now he runs in, tail wagging, pulling me behind him! Dogtown is a safe and caring environment for your dog.”

“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”

“It's not a bad place to work. Family friendly atmosphere. Only negative I can articulate is training is by fire, you are thrown to the wolves as mid management. Otherwise it's a great place to work with awesome folks. Extremely clean warehouse.”

“i love to get my dogs treats here in bulk. they have a lot of options. the only downside to this pet shop is one of the employees. he’s a younger fella and doesn’t talk at all. it’s awkward and uncomfortable. not even a “welcome in” or anything. when he scans your items it’s silence. it’s just uncomfortable when going inside and he’s there. wish he would talk more or say hi when you walk inside”
