“I'm from another state where we only have to do the back license plate. In Oregon it is front and back. I had no idea. Curtis and Ken helped me get the right plates for the front and showed me how to take care of it. They are a very friendly helpful staff at the Florence Auto Zone. Also in December of last year the brake line went out on the truck. They were super helpful then too. My husband knows more about cars but they sat and talked him through the job and got him the right parts. I really appreciate this store. The auto parts store up the road doesn't help like this one. And. I really needed the help today with this quick job that would have been a pain for me alone. Thank you!!”
“We were headed home from a 10 day camping trip. We had an ATF hose blow going through town and had to pull into a gravel parking lot. We were a ways from the Napa store and so we called them and was very blessed that they were willing to bring us the ATF fluid we needed. They were wonderful.”
