“I could not be happier with this body shop. I drive a 2008 Ford Mustang and she is my baby. When I got hit by a random worker in a ceremetary they accepted fault but they totaled my car. Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. I couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than five stars I would! ❤❤”

“My regular auto shop that I go to get oil changes didn't have the correct materials for my Acura RDX transmission so I called Import Auto Repair to see if they could take care of me. They took down my information and let me know that I could wait for the car but that it might take awhile which was no problem. I was also offered a ride service for $35 which I declined. I arrived at 8AM and Michael immediately took my car back. The wait was no problem. The cost was exactly what they quoted me on the phone for a drain & fill transmission service. They were very nice and efficient and professional and I will definitely be back for any Acura needs in the future.”

“I have been meaning to give a review for Chris for some time. I keep getting distracted and forgetting to do it. I want to say, we have used Chris's body shop several times in the past for some of our different cars. Chris has always been extremely fair, very considerate, and always worked to help us get small body work repairs done to our cars for a very fair price. I would never hesitate to get my car's body work done by Chris. I came in after my car was hit recently and he was trying to come up with alternatives for me when my car was hit in a parking lot and my driver's side door was damaged. I would have definitely used him to do the work as I was just going to get it fixed paying out of my pocket, but I did instead decide to go through my insurance and ended up using another shop instead. The ONLY reason I didn't have Chris do the work was due to how the insurance wanted to handle the claim. My wife and I have always been very happy customers of his, thank you, and sorry for taking forever to post a review, Chris!”

“Spencer was awesome! He stayed late for me as I got stuck in traffic after work heading out to meet him for a first look at the Porsche Macan S. He was patient with me on our test drive as I tend to get nervous driving someone else’s car. He just chatted it up about life in between directions and made me feel like I was making a new friend. He paired my phone to the car after I purchased it and got it ready with a bow and offered to take a picture of me with my phone. What service! Oh and he offered me not 1 but 2 Key Lime LaCroix’s while we were going through the process. They are my favorite. 11/10 I would recommend buying a car from this gentleman again. He was not salesy or pushy, just real and personable. Thanks Spencer for making my first car buying experience without my hand being held by my husband an easy and seamless one. You were so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I threw at you. 🍻”

“Took my Scion Tc in for what ended up being a full transmission rebuild. Jay was patient and clear in his communication. He walked me through the various options we had in fixing my input shaft bearing and other transmission issues with the pros and cons of each. He also sent updates and pictures as they started to talk apart the transmission He even washed my car and waxed the tires before handing it back. The car drives great now. Excellent customer service and I would be coming back if needed.”

They do have a 3% up charge for using a credit card which is ridiculous this day and age. I always buy my Mobil1 products there as they have the full line. I also choose Napa Gold oil filters. In addition they have all the current displays of fasteners which is very helpful.”

“Updating our review of this body shop. I would give 3 star to Audi the company but 5 stars to this body shop. After 5 months waiting for parts our repair is done. They did a great job with the color match. The repair looks brand new, it was just a long wait to wait for Audi to send them the parts. We paid out of pocket/not insurance for this to try to speed it up. A raccoon kamikazed the headlight last Spring, the long wait was for these single use only wheel rims that weren’t damaged by the collision but had to be replaced for a correct repair. When it’s really hot the car’s electrical system does pick up a weird ghost of the raccoon sensing something, but again i think thats on Audi not precision. More questioning buying a car that is not easily fixable, the repair shop itself does a thorough job.”
