“My regular auto shop that I go to get oil changes didn't have the correct materials for my Acura RDX transmission so I called Import Auto Repair to see if they could take care of me. They took down my information and let me know that I could wait for the car but that it might take awhile which was no problem. I was also offered a ride service for $35 which I declined. I arrived at 8AM and Michael immediately took my car back. The wait was no problem. The cost was exactly what they quoted me on the phone for a drain & fill transmission service. They were very nice and efficient and professional and I will definitely be back for any Acura needs in the future.”
“I could not be happier with this body shop. I drive a 2008 Ford Mustang and she is my baby. When I got hit by a random worker in a ceremetary they accepted fault but they totaled my car. Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. I couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than five stars I would! ❤❤”

“Spencer was awesome! He stayed late for me as I got stuck in traffic after work heading out to meet him for a first look at the Porsche Macan S. He was patient with me on our test drive as I tend to get nervous driving someone else’s car. He just chatted it up about life in between directions and made me feel like I was making a new friend. He paired my phone to the car after I purchased it and got it ready with a bow and offered to take a picture of me with my phone. What service! Oh and he offered me not 1 but 2 Key Lime LaCroix’s while we were going through the process. They are my favorite. 11/10 I would recommend buying a car from this gentleman again. “Well, When I made my appointment for maintenance, I was told there would be shuttle, But upon arriving, there was none available. So not very convenient, but they did their best to make up for it. Took longer than expected, but overall they did a good job and genuinely seem like they care and tried to put in an effort.
At the end of the day, Toyota is still better so you get four stars”
“I previously owned a kia forte, I am always taking it to the kia service center in Beaverton. They are always super friendly and efficient! I decided to recently trade in my car for a newer larger suv! I went in just curious what my options were; to finance or lease which was better going forward. I looked at the two vehicles I had my eye on with Augustine. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable! He had multiple answers for any one of the questions I had. We were only there for a couple hours, test drove the one I really wanted it was like a cinderella shoe haha! I then sat in my other option and said yup I want the Sorento! We did the paperwork and drove home with my new Sorento. Augustine was very friendly, allowed us to go at our pace and didn’t make is feel. Like we had to make a decision on the cuff, just let us ruminate our thoughts, gave us time to agree we were going to take it home. We only worked with Augustine which made the experience amazing, we weren’t handed off to financing he went back and forth for us. Which made the experience relaxing and not stressful. He was very helpful, and gave us a business card which also had his personal phone number on it mentioned we can reach out about anything any time he is there for us. That was very personal and very nice of him. He’s willing to help us anytime was priceless. Normally you go buy a car and thats it. I went back a few days later and he approached me by my name and asked how I’m enjoying the new Sorento. It was a great experience! Thankyou.”

“I went to O'Reilly's which I normally go to I'm looking for auto supplies to get a brake pad pedal with my make my little breaks a little wider so I can use easier to press on but the size that they got in a little bit too small and even though they let me try it and be satisfied with the product I bought from the I can always return it but this time just measuring against my current brake pedal it didn't work out this time but I highly recommend to go there to get auto supplies”
