Not sure, but guessing that’s more of an industry issue (and very frustrating for female riders). I did find a pair of riding jeans that were just what I was looking for which I was very thankful to be able to try on before purchasing (ordering on line is such a crap shoot…even at the store: tried on two types of very similar RevIt jeans, same size but one I could just barely get into, the other was so big I was swimming in them…again, an industry frustration). Would love to see Cycle Gear explore more quality options/companies that focus on female riders!”

“They aligned my foxbody when les Schwab said it was too low and will do a front alignment only which saves money. I've had les Schwab tell me they have to charge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a SOLID AXLE MUSTANG... Rev aligned it for 50$. Recently I took my 88 Camry to them after installing new tie rods, they charged 85$ for the front alignment, and they told me the steering rack was worn and the car wasn't holding the alignment. The guy was cool and said if I replace the rack they will do another alignment for free. I replaced the rack myself and now it holds alignment. Never going to les Schwab again. They also mounted and balanced some wheels for me without scratching them.”
“Definitely visit this location if you need quality, competent and quick light bodywork/scratch/paint repair. Small scratch on the bumper required a repair involving repaint. Brought in at 8 am and received back at 2:30pm and you can't tell there was ever a lock of damage done. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly! Excellent customer service still exists ladies and gentlemen!”

“I previously owned a kia forte, I am always taking it to the kia service center in Beaverton. They are always super friendly and efficient! I decided to recently trade in my car for a newer larger suv! I went in just curious what my options were; to finance or lease which was better going forward. I looked at the two vehicles I had my eye on with Augustine. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable! He had multiple answers for any one of the questions I had. We were only there for a couple hours, test drove the one I really wanted it was like a cinderella shoe haha! I then sat in my other option and said yup I want the Sorento! We did the paperwork and drove home with my new Sorento. Augustine was very friendly, allowed us to go at our pace and didn’t make is feel. Like we had to make a decision on the cuff, just let us ruminate our thoughts, gave us time to agree we were going to take it home. We only worked with Augustine which made the experience amazing, we weren’t handed off to financing he went back and forth for us. Which made the experience relaxing and not stressful. He was very helpful, and gave us a business card which also had his personal phone number on it mentioned we can reach out about anything any time he is there for us. That was very personal and very nice of him. He’s willing to help us anytime was priceless. Normally you go buy a car and thats it. I was driving across the country with my family, six in total, in a mini van, on the 10 fwy the whole way, from Southern California to middle of Georgia. About halfway through New Mexico the vehicle started over heating. We pulled off in the first town, which was teeny tiny, and O'Reilly's was the only auto place open after 4pm. And thank the Universe, they traded a refurbished alternator for my broken one, essentially for free, I just had to find someone to do the labor. There was a place they recommended that was open the next day and we were back on the road before noon. It only cost me labor. $150 and we didn't have end the trip. From panic to devastation to relief and rejoicing, all thanks to O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I've sworn by them ever since. Thank you!”

“This NAPA auto parts store has been a Beaverton fixture for decades. I knew Harold, the owner and founder, and he was a great guy. I stopped in to ask if they could provide a check engine light service, and the lady behind the parts desk said they would let me use theirs. I said that I had never used one and was unable to get on the ground to check even if i knew where to look or how to use one. I asked why they didn’t offer the service that nearly every national brand auto parts store does. She provided a vague response and one of her companions said I should drive about 1/2 mile down the road to a repair shop to get the service is needed. I thought that that was crappy customer service. I don't think I'll be using Beaverton Auto Parts anytime soon.”
