The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”

He’s essentially a human Rolodex of knowledge on quite literally any car built in the 20th century and beyond (i.e. all of them). He’s aI was lucky enough to stumble upon his number and called about an oil change after driving across the country from NC, we scheduled a time and he was ready and waiting when I arrived and got it done in about 15 minutes at an extremely fair rate. Guys a machine — a natural purebred mechanic. On top of being a genuine hard-working American he’s got a breadth of fantastic stories that could fill a library, and should you be so lucky to build a rapport you will consider yourself blessed. “Dom is a lifesaver! I scheduled a same day appointment to have Dom inspect a used car I was considering buying. Within minutes of arriving, he pointed out a dozen things I hadn’t noticed about the car that indicated it had been in a severe accident and/or rollover. The CARFAX was clean. Dom closely inspected the car front to back and gave his honest opinion before even popping the hood. He said he couldn’t in good conscience charge me for a full inspection given what he had already seen. Ultimately he saved me from buying a car that was worth half of what the used car dealer was trying to charge.
