“I always get my new tires at On Site. Today, my husband discovered a screw in my tire. I phoned up On Site to make an appointment. The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”

I am new in Oregon and was dreading finding a new mechanic that I could trust. I got lucky on the 1st try! “This shop pressure tested, resurfaced and replaced 2 valves on a pair of heads off a 02 montero sport that i was working on. Heads looks brand new when I got it back and after installing the heads the vehicle ran smooth. Guys did a great job, turn around time was about 4 weeks. Highly recommend them they are knowledgeable. 5 star!”
“Stan was able to get me in immediately to do a quick diagnostic so I could see how much my current problem would run me and when I could get it done. He and his associate took the time to do a run through of possible issues and ended up fixing another problem I was waiting to address. My current issue may/may not need further service, but I was not charged anything and a future repair was taken care of at my visit free of charge.
I will be a long-term customer of this place because of the amazing customer service provided and the extremely knowledgeable staff.

They took care of the issue, told me about a couple things that needed fixed (that I was already aware of) and actually replaced some old hoses that I had wanted replaced for a long time. Everything is running smooth. They were fast and their customer service was very good. Maybe not the cheapest around, but you’ll definitely leave happy with the results.”

“We called this morning bc one of our work trucks (old as the hills) was leaking fluids. They said they could look at it in the morning. We dropped it off the same day for ease and got a call just a few hours later saying that it was an easy fix, just a loose pan, but we’ll need front brakes soon but have a couple months left depending on how many miles we use.These guys rock! We fully expected major problems and subsequently, a huge bill! But neither happened. “This place saved my life. I was driving to work, really late when all of a sudden I get a flat tire. I called them 5 minutes before they opened. I am so lucky they answered because the closer I got to there shop, the worse my tire got. I couldn't make it and asked if they could possibly send someone. And they did!!! I'm not saying they do this for everyone but I am glad I got lucky. The patched it up and I was on my way. Amazing people work there!! Definitely going there from now on for tire service or routine maintenance.”

He’s essentially a human Rolodex of knowledge on quite literally any car built in the 20th century and beyond (i.e. all of them). He’s aI was lucky enough to stumble upon his number and called about an oil change after driving across the country from NC, we scheduled a time and he was ready and waiting when I arrived and got it done in about 15 minutes at an extremely fair rate. Guys a machine — a natural purebred mechanic.
