“I see a few negative reviews. I have been shipping packages with UPS and FedEx most of my adult life. At what time I used to ship an average of 10 items with UPS everyday. I don't ship as much as I used to but I do bring packages here on occasion. I can say with absolute certainty after reading the negative reviews that the problem is that they just do not understand that this is a UPS authorized drop off center. They take your packages and keep them there and the UPS driver comes and picks them up at the end of the day. Dislike of understanding is the only reason why this place is getting bad reviews. It's not the shipping center it's the fact that the people who are complaining don't understand and have no idea what these people do and how things work when they drop off a package. Use your brain before you leave a review and before you pick a drop off location. This drop off location is an incredibly convenient location and they are absolutely awesome to deal with. You see it's really quite simple you go in you leave the package on the counter they scan it in and put it aside in the UPS driver picks it up at the end of the day. It's really that simple. Stop being ridiculous go in leave your package and go back home. How hard is it? These people do a wonderful job and I'm extremely happy because I don't try to act like a fool who doesn't understand what they do there.”
