“Dom is a lifesaver! I scheduled a same day appointment to have Dom inspect a used car I was considering buying. Within minutes of arriving, he pointed out a dozen things I hadn’t noticed about the car that indicated it had been in a severe accident and/or rollover. The CARFAX was clean. Dom closely inspected the car front to back and gave his honest opinion before even popping the hood. He said he couldn’t in good conscience charge me for a full inspection given what he had already seen. Ultimately he saved me from buying a car that was worth half of what the used car dealer was trying to charge.

“They got me in sharp the next day at 8 am (quick service!). My 2009 legacy's blower went out. I had heat and A/C. They confirmed my suspicion. The car was so old the blower just gave out. They ordered the part that day and had my car out of the shop and hour before it was supposed to close. Quality, honest and cheap prices. I would ? recommend them to anyone with automotive issues”

Steve and Brian both have Corvettes and the shop races a C5. These guys know vettes. Michelle kept me updated every step of the way. Went back and did the AFE suspension bushing replacement and the car is better than new. Work was first rate and I know of several others who have been extremely happy with Modern. “I always get my new tires at On Site. Today, my husband discovered a screw in my tire. I phoned up On Site to make an appointment. The young man who answers the phone said they weren't busy and to come on by. I'm sorry I don't know this star employee's name. Perhaps the owner can respond to my review and tell me. He has been there awhile. He is the best customer service person, just down to earth and naturally friendly. Seems to really enjoy his work. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me it would be about 30 minutes and sure enough it was about 20. My car was out front, ready to roll! Didn't charge me a cent. Can't beat that price! Thank you, On Site!!”

“Stan was able to get me in immediately to do a quick diagnostic so I could see how much my current problem would run me and when I could get it done. He and his associate took the time to do a run through of possible issues and ended up fixing another problem I was waiting to address. My current issue may/may not need further service, but I was not charged anything and a future repair was taken care of at my visit free of charge.

“This shop pressure tested, resurfaced and replaced 2 valves on a pair of heads off a 02 montero sport that i was working on. Heads looks brand new when I got it back and after installing the heads the vehicle ran smooth. Guys did a great job, turn around time was about 4 weeks. Highly recommend them they are knowledgeable. 5 star!”

“Jerry rebuilt the starter for my ancient cat D4 bulldozer, after reinstalling it had issues engaging with the flywheel, and I suspected a problem with the rebuild. Jerry worked with me swapping out the Bendix, never suggesting that the problem might be due to my inability to correctly align the starter, which ultimately proved to be the case. “We called this morning bc one of our work trucks (old as the hills) was leaking fluids. They said they could look at it in the morning. We dropped it off the same day for ease and got a call just a few hours later saying that it was an easy fix, just a loose pan, but we’ll need front brakes soon but have a couple months left depending on how many miles we use.These guys rock! We fully expected major problems and subsequently, a huge bill! But neither happened. “Was looking for a local place over a typical Les Schwab, and this is the place. At first I had him order the cheapest tyres but decided I wanted better ones, and even after the first ones were delivered he let me simply exchange them for better ones and pay the difference. Dropped my car off and gave my key, rode my bike to eat while they worked on the car. They ensured my new EV didn’t need any special treatment before putting it on the lift by calling me. They placed cardboard inside the car to protect everything before putting in my old winter tyres into the car.

Communication is clear, straight forward and quick. Call in, tell them your tyre size, discuss your price range and then pick your tyres. Or bring your own tyres to have them replace with.

Pricing is 50x better than Les Schwab, you get name brand tyres for the same price Les Schwab sells their Walmart level (Cooper) tyres. Go to Jose’s Tires, do not go to Les Schwab.”

“This place saved my life. I was driving to work, really late when all of a sudden I get a flat tire. I called them 5 minutes before they opened. I am so lucky they answered because the closer I got to there shop, the worse my tire got. I couldn't make it and asked if they could possibly send someone. And they did!!! I'm not saying they do this for everyone but I am glad I got lucky. The patched it up and I was on my way. Amazing people work there!! “For over twenty years we have purchased our vehicles from well known companies here in the valley. My experiences with those companies made me always dislike buying a vehicle. I never felt comfortable or confident in the purchase we were making.

We have been looking for a new truck recently and ran across an ad from Brookwood. We made the two hour drive to Forest Grove to check them out. Brookwood staff were friendly, genuine and professional (Jacob was the best!). The office, lot and inventory were very clean and welcoming. We felt so comfortable and confident at Brookwood that we happily purchased our truck from them. When we went to pick the truck up today it was up front, clean and ready to drive away. Paperwork was ready and in order making it super easy to finish the transaction. We even received a nice car washing gift basket from the staff. “Oil change was quick and easy. However the tech found a leak in my car which was not visible. We had that diagnosed and since the repair was quoted at around 1800 we decided to continue driving the car for now as it has not been driven a lot which could explain the leak. The lady in charge of the service was kind and friendly. The charge for the oil change and diagnosis was well earned.”
