They understand the importance of getting my packages scanned and being provided a receipt and they always ask if I need additional help or packing supplies. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and helpful and they were able to track down my package and he had the mail man bring it to me within 30 minutes. He also gave me a call back to let me know.
