“I’m about 2 months late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure I got to it. First, a big thanks to Jason for his patience. When you are sensitive to fragrances, it’s hard to find a place to bring something like a big comforter. Mine would not fit in my washer. Jason assured me he has other customers like me and that he could wash it and it wouldn’t smell like detergent. I was skeptical, but sure enough when I picked it up the next day it did not smell like any detergent.If your primary problem is strong scented detergents, I’d say give this place a shot if you have something big that needs to be washed. Jason used 7th Generation unscented detergent for my comforter.It’s always a risk when you live with this problem, so even if it didn’t work out, I couldn’t blame it on Jason as he works hard to meet his customers needs. I hope this review is helpful to anyone in the same boat! Keep up the great work, Jason!”
“This was my first time in a laundromat in 20+ years and what a great surprise- it was CLEAN, easy to use, and the person working (Michelle!), was so helpful and nice. Their ozone feature for odor was especially nice for kids’ basketball uniforms. Highly recommend if you need to get a lot of laundry done quickly, and efficiently!”
“The machines are always clean and in great working order, likely due to the owner doing his own machine maintenance. Speaking of the owner, it doesn't matter what time of the day we are there, so is he. Cleaning, chatting with his customers, helping anyone that might need an extra quarter or laundry detergent or tending to his array of beautiful plants that are in the center of the laundromat on top of the rows of washers. The prices are fair, and if you see John standing in the corner looking for anything that might need fixing or a person to help, let him know he's appreciated! If I ever move out of this neighborhood and need a laundromat, I will most definitely come here. Knowing without a doubt my clothes will be clean when they come out of the washer is worth the trip, even if it's all the way across town!”

“We have been using ProCare Cleaners for the last 4 years. They recently moved to a new location on Terwilliger. This new locations is located next door to Tyron Creek Sports Bar. The ample parking makes it a bit easier to find parking. The service level provided here has always been of high quality and they truly take time to care for your clothing and other products. That explains why I continue to be a regular repeat customer. I value my clothing and want the best care and cleaning possible to ensure a long life of my clothes. They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. While I often don't need a quick turnaround when dropping off my dry cleaning, when I have they are very accommodating in turning around a piece of clothing. The store is clean, the owner and team are friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services.”

“I had a small smudge on a suit jacket and called to see if they would be able to clean it in the next 24 hours. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me they could likely dry clean it the same day. I dropped the jacket off and they were able to do a spot treatment rather than dry clean it, which saved time and money. The lady at the counter was very friendly, and the space looked clean and professional. I will be returning for sure.”
“They're the absolute best! They've done all my alterations for years and it's always perfect. Just now I unpacked a hem job and saw that with out even having to ask they retained the original cuff style hem. They're phenomenal. And the value is splendid.”

“Been going here since I moved to Portland. Reliable, reasonable price. Have never lost my garments. Make it a point to highlight any tough stains, like ink. The husband doesn't have much English and might seem gruff at first but he's actually quite nice. The wife is super nice.”

Always clean and the people I've seen working and closing up are very nice ? the big washer can be a bit picky about taking quarters every once in awhile but it seems like they are doing what they can on a regular basis to make it work smoother so I'm okay with that ? over all it's been a great experience every time.”
“We travel over to West Linn to this specific shopping center because it houses our Walmart grocery pickup service location. This particular neighborhood style Walmart has impeccable customer service, always extremely prompt and delivering my order to the car, always extremely friendly, the area is very secure, and probably most importantly, it's really clean and there are no homeless anywhere to be seen. Feel very safe with the back end of my car open. Other businesses UPS, oil change place, are other spot-on places we use. Two thumbs up to the people that operate this location, because like I said before it's safe.”

“I do enjoy the fact that this place is 24hrs. It definitely is an A+ as far as convenience. I noticed that you are compassionate with the homeless crowd as much as your capable of doing so while also maintaining a friendly environment for your customers as well. As for all the individuals complaining about the homeless crowd that comes in and out especially at night, have a little compassion. Night hours are typically cooler in temps even more so during the fall and winter months, and 90% of them are just looking for a little warmth. Homelessness shouldn't place you in a category of scummy, or scary people. In my experiences with the homeless they are all mostly kind hearted and wouldn't hurt a fly. After all this is Portland people and it's not like being homelessness is brand new here. Anyways what I'm saying is don't be so judgemental and take a look at some of the faults that I'm sure you have as we just like we all do, and not so quick to notice everyone else's for Pete's sake. This world has become so hateful and continues to get worse with all these parents teaching their children that if your homeless your garbage. More love and less hate were all in this struggle together and being homeless is not fun out here it's much much harder than anyone that has never experienced it could ever think.”

“When I go there it's always clean it smells good the washers and dryers are continuously being cleaned out after someone do the laundry the people there are very friendly and very helpful I love that laundromat this is my first experience ever using a laundromat and it's close to where I live thank you echo”
“I've been using Abe's for my alterations for years and always gotten polite consistent service. I'm pretty sensitive to abrupt customer service so when I brought in a huge pile of alterations I was worried how it might be received. I was helped immediately and never made to feel like a burden even though it took me a long time to change clothes throughout the process”
“I had a last minute need to have a dress pressed for a wedding I was attending the day-of. i struggled to find a cleaners that would do this for me on a warm Saturday. Five Star was the 4th dry cleaners that I hit up and they were so kind and helpful. They told me to come on down and they pressed it right there while I waited. “Clean and conveniently located, this laundromat has a change machine for quarters and the (very much appreciated) Speed Queen app which makes it all so much easier and doesnt have me scrabbling for change. Regular to XXL washers and dryers make this chore so much more pleasant. Management maintains it well and I feel safe and taken care of. Management replies to questions quickly and seems to be more than happy to help. I'm sure the convenience store nextdoor does pretty well on those "big" laundry days, too. Highly recommend this location to my Multnomah Village friends.”
