“I was a customer of another Pharmacy in Milwaukie for almost 5yrs. but they became so busy, I no longer could speak with a pharmacist or assistant when I called to make sure my prescription would be filled by the time and day I could make it in to pick it up. The staff was so busy that there couple times I did get through to ask a question and if iI get through the automated assistant I was disconnected 3 separate times after being on hold for 15+30 minutes! I even got so impatient and upset that I began to raise my voice with the automated system because it was like Fort Knox to get through to a real person. I had to repeat myself over and over and then disconnect my call. When it would just repeat the same thing over and over and kl the last time this happened, I finally got a grip, took a breath and thought, I must be really silly to know that I DO have a choice of whether I continue to go thru this asI felt I was loyal and trying to be patient until I pulled myself together and decided to make that choice and that was to transfer and start getting my questions, prescriptions and recommendations about various pertenent suggestions and,/or advice to another pharmacy and I must say, altho I do feel bad about where I'd been going before as they were so overworked and understaffed but the relief, efficiency and Staff that Walmart has taken time to talk with me, get a prescription when little notice but a high priority was shared with them and they not only got my situation and prescription ready with quickness, they also looked fresh and even glad to be of service with me as a customer and with a smile!! I have been there several times since then and the treatment and pleasant attitude with every person I've interacted with in their pharmacy has been a blessing and a gift. Thank you Walmart pharmacy staff for your professionalism, courtesy and understanding that you've expressed with me since I've been your customer for months now. I cannot thank you enough and what a relief to no longer gain another condition, like a headache, when picking up my prescriptions previously.

“Thankful that they have a drive-thru. I just had surgery and drove right over to get my medication. Got there and the medication wasn't ready which is normal in any pharmacy setting. The tech was very helpful and nice and got started on my medication. Went home until I was notified my medication was ready. The pharmacist was nice and answered our questions. I have never been disappointed in the service I've received there.”
