Got it all loaded and even stopped by our storage unit to pick up my toolbox on the way to our new house! Unloaded and were out super fast. Couldn't have asked for better.”

“The app is really nice. You can open doors which eliminates having to manually punch a long code in. If there are 2 of you together, one can open it from the car just as you are walking up to the door and shazaam... open door. They close at 10pm. Climate controlled spaces. Nice place!”

“We had a great experience renting a space from the place for a couple of months when we moved and had not had time to sort through all of our belongings. The office staff was really helpful and communicative as needed. The unit was plenty of space for what we needed and at a better price than other options I'd seen. Access was easy and they have plenty of carts to load and unload stuff with, which were always available. I highly recommend A Storage Place in Clackamas!”
“I was ready to find a new place to store my stuff after my rate jumped from $40/month to $120/month in a year. I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased. She also took time out of her day to find exactly what I was looking for because I needed a bigger unit anyway. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a great deal. Customer service like this is so few and far between these days so it was extremely refreshing to do business with Lillian. I’d highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. “First, I was greeted at the front office door (which was unlocked 10 minutes early for me). I was greeted by name. The entire check in process was awesome. I was able to change my reservation and get a ground floor unit which is what I needed. I was shown where to park and when I had to go for food, my moving truck (a 26 footer) was allowed to stay in the parking lot and was on camera so I didn't have to worry about it.
This was the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend using this facility!”
