“I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit. When he couldn't match it with anything in his store, I concluded it was the adapter that came with the dishwasher that was wrong.I'm still on the hunt for the correct part but I want to recognize Mike and Ferguson Plumbing Supply Gresham for being so knowledgeable, friendy and they gave me professional advice that you would never get at Home Depot or Lowes.If you need materials, supplies or advice, go see them at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.”

They said that it was way easier than they were expecting as I have a split lvl house and the laundry room is downstairs. “Following a very poor experience at a North Portland Ace Hardware store regarding a Weber entry level Spirit BBQ, these people directed me towards a better product with a slightly higher price point and offered to help me with the return for Warranty reimbursement for the defective Weber product. The person helping me said that you can plant and they will come back next year.. depending on the temperature. She covered them . “Chris provided an excellent customer experience and was extremely knowledgeable about Sony products. What impressed me the most was his deep understanding of Sony’s history, technology, and product development. He was able to explain the background and evolution of Sony’s TVs in a way that was easy to understand and very interesting.

Chris also did an excellent job comparing the different Sony TV models. He clearly explained the differences in picture quality, processing technology, display types, sound, features, and overall performance between each model. Rather than simply recommending the most expensive option, he took the time to explain the strengths and weaknesses of each TV and helped me understand which features were actually important.

I really appreciated how patient and professional Chris was throughout the entire conversation. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the differences before making a decision. His product knowledge gave me confidence that I was getting accurate and honest information.

It is rare to find someone who has both strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills. Chris truly knows Sony products and knows how to explain them clearly to customers. His professionalism, helpfulness, and passion for the products made the experience much better.

“One of the better large appliance stores in the area. Google Maps has two locations for them. This is the one you want. They offer 3rd party extended warranties but we found it best to deal with the manufacturer for that. Adequate parking in their lot.”

“I went to homedepot this afternoon. And Josefina . Went far and beyond . The fertilizer I needed had ants . So I asked if she could help me get rid of them . She told to follow her, she grabbed the Hose, we washed them down.. but before that I also needed help finding the fertilizer, I believe she called Mark. A great polite gentleman, ask me what I needed. He pointed out the bag, why it would work best. At the end my experience was great. But at the very end Josefina Gave me a plastic bag, so I can put the fertilizer inside so my car didn’t get wet. That was beyond but needed . Overall thank you.”

“This has been the best customer service experience that I’ve had at a Home Depot. Charlotte was knowledgeable, assertively helpful, and handled multiple issues at once. Jonathon was friendly and gave quick professional service. I was dreading going to a Home Depot or Lowe’s again since the last couple experiences I had in other locations have been abysmal and frankly offensive, but Charlotte and Jonathon really changed my mind.”

“I was looking for a specific pressure washer and though the app said it was in stock, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the associates in garden for help and saw what I saw and said they were out. I showed he the count on the app and asked her if she could check into it to see if they were stored somewhere else and she promptly turned to another customer and began helping him.I went to customer service and Bobby promptly found some in overhead. He called Katie and she was quick to physically locate them. She found a lift operator and got them pulled down. There were several frustrating events that lead to delays but she stuck with it even going to get a cart and loading it on the cart for me. Several customers interrupted her to get her attention and she persisted with me to be sure I got what I needed while remaining polite to the other customers. I have to say Bobby was very helpful and Katie was super helpful. Best service I have ever received at HD without question and I am a contractor that is in here almost daily.Katie J turned around what looked like it was going to be a bad experience into one to remember.”

“I mostly use the garden center, so this review is only for that part of the store. The potted plants here are always healthy and ready for whatever you have in mind. Put them in the ground, in pots, raised beds .... as long as you've done the prep - they're gonna make it. Speaking of prep, they have every variation of miracle grow, but you can reject that hegemony and buy something that isn't mostly chemicals. Organic soil, compost and mulch are available in large quantities. There are organic and specialty fertilizers in out of the way spots. The worm casings are inside, and you can also find fish fertilizer tucked on a shelf. You'll have to walk past a mile of poisons to get there. Seriously. Maybe try some companion gardening to deal with pests instead of nuking everything. And don't get me going on that planet killing weed killer. A tiny bit of scrolling through your pocket library of Alexandria will give you an idea of which plants need more or less light, and if you want an easier way, most of the pots also have qr codes you can scan for specific details on care. Oh, and pots! Lots and lots of pots. The inexpensive plastic ones look just as nice as the others, and they won't break your back to move them once they are full of soil and beautiful growing things. Trellises, wire, bricks, wine barrels, everything. The check out in the garden center is quick and the folks who work there are super nice. Walking away with a cart full of plants and soil is like making an investment in happiness and health. What a great way to find a happy spot in a mean old world.”

“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. Good work, Depot! I appreciate this service to the community.”

“This is my favorite Home Depot, and it’s the store I visit most often. Over the years, I’ve consistently had good experiences here. The store is well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciate the convenient accessible parking, which makes shopping much easier for me.

During my most recent visit, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time thanks to Sheryl.

I came in with a particularly challenging hardware problem that had already taken me several days to figure out. I’d received conflicting information from multiple sources and was feeling completely stuck.

Instead of simply pointing me to an aisle, Sheryl took the time to listen, helped me compare different hardware options, encouraged me to test them before leaving, and when they weren’t quite right, she didn’t give up.

She went back into the store to find additional options, brought them back outside, and even came out to my vehicle to help verify that everything fit correctly before I left. That level of patience, professionalism, and commitment to helping a customer is rare.”

“I've bought furniture from them before, and it's great. However, when you rent to own something, you end up paying twice what it costs: interest! They do have a 4 month, same as cash, deal you can always take advantage of. I did....I bought 2 recliners for myself and my husband. Paying them off today, getting them cheaper that way.
I would recommend to anyone.
