“We had a new water heater installed and it ended up clogging up the pipes making no water come out at all, we called the water guy he said there was nothing he could do, we called the water heating company and the kindest human Lee came out and fixed every single pipe for us even though it’s not part of the job, because my grandfather is sick and he wanted to make sure we could properly care for him. Literally the best person I’ve ever met.”
“I had a great experience at this location. I was there looking to buy a fridge. Overall the folks there were amazing, especially Candace Ledingham-Ramos was super helpful and patient with all my questions. She walked me through the different options of fridges as well as delivery options. Additionally the manager, Eric , was also extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend this location and looking forward to go there for my next purchase!”

Even more improvements here at the best Home Depot around! If they don’t have it they’ll get it for you.
I left a pretty critical review a couple months back. I deleted that negative review in order to give this store credit where credit is obviously due.

“This place is hands down the best. Nobody can compete with their customer service and expertise. My kid vacuumed up a ball that got stuck inside my Miele. Brought it in and they took it apart and removed the ball on spot. Stark’s has been the go-to vacuum store for decades for a reason.”
