“We had our passenger back window smashed on our trip through the Columbia River Gorge. We tried for hours to get help with the emergency roadside assistance through the hertz number. I ended up on hold for over 2 hours. We cleared the glass after being cleared by a sheriff's deputy and drove it in to the nearest hertz dealership. They were very nice and gave us a replacement car and really took care of us. I have nothing but positive comments about this hertz dealership. As for hertz corporate and the emergency assistance, I have nothing but negative comments. I would highly recommend this hertz location, but I am concerned about the hertz company as a whole.”

“This is a great place to get work done on various types of wheelchair lift vans, ramp vans and they many solutions for modifying vehicles to accommodate disabled drivers. Service is good as well. You will find yourself well greeted and welcome there. United Access has been very helpful to me and my organization, and they have tons of experience. There is even a great lounge with snacks for customers who are waiting for service.”
“The Enterprise Staff was friendly and helpful. They were a little misleading about getting me to use insurance coverage I didn't end up needing, but they were helpful getting the coverage removed. And the Toyota Camry Hybrid I rented was amazing, clean and a pleasure to drive. The process was quick and convenient.”

Justin helped me out from start to finish and his customer service was top tier. He called me 3 mins after my reservation was sent over to confirm my rental car, and pickup time. With how busy that location is- that is outstanding turn around.
He also helped get me get picked up from the shop where I dropped my car off, and provided a few different options to chose from.
When it was time to return the rental vehicle- Justin went out of his way to make sure it went as quick as possible so I could get back to my work day.

“I had an excellent experience with Allpro Autobody, The insurance company originally lowballed the value of my truck, but these guys at Allpro took the time to do a detailed, accurate estimate for free and went to bat for me. They knew exactly how to document everything properly and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed.
Because of their professionalism and thoroughness, I ended up getting the full, fair value for my truck instead of the low offer I was first given. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely had my best interest in mind the entire time.

“I had a great experience at Enterprise on old 82 nd dr Clackamas . The whole team absolutely amazing. The process was made so easy , working around my hectic schedule in between my breaks. I didn't have to worry about the logistics of getting from point A to B while my car was in the shop. . The team coordinated everything perfectly from picking me up to getting a rental. They were even willing to help give me a ride back to the auto shop and wait a few minutes after hours to do so if needed. Luckily everything worked out on my end so I didn't have to make anyone work late. But still the offer was nice.”
