About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Gateway location in Portland, OR provides rental cars for needs like a car in the shop, errands, or a weekend getaway. The branch is open on weekends, which is a huge plus. Pickup and drop off are easy and the staff is friendly, curious, nice, and personable. The service is stress-free and gets customers on their way fast. They offer a wide range of vehicles, from economy cars to midsized vehicles, larger vehicles, and plug-in hybrid minivans. The cars are great, run great, seem maintained, and are in good shape, though one had a smell like cigarette smoke. They are able to fix any problems. Sometimes a different vehicle is provided than reserved. They provide flexible rental options and can drive customers back to a repair shop. A downside is that prices in summer can be outrageous. Overall, many report a great experience and would rent from here again.

I always rent from the same branch; the manager and all the staff are excellent—they help with whatever you need and treat you like family.

The place was a little chaotic because of graduation weekend but Charles, chris and jacob
handled it with politeness and grace given the pressure and did a great job making sure people got cars and out the door.
