“We've rented and returned U-Hauls here a few times and always had a good and smooth experience! Never had any issues with their trucks in comparison to past experiences with other U-Haul dealers. Our last experience was with Kelly (apologies if her name is spelled differently). Loved her personality; her description of insurance covering a million dollars in damages translating to being covered if we hit a Lamborghini cracked me up! When we returned the truck, she was considerate and asked if we wanted to reserve a truck for next week (we mentioned in the beginning that we planned to make two trips with a U-Haul in our move). “Better prices than other places, longer access hours, fancy Bluetooth capabilities to open the gates and elevators. I was able to rent a Unit online and move into it the same day even though it was labor day and the office was closed. Fair warning there is a mandatory insurance policy which starts out at $13/month or more for larger coverage. And they require a cylinder lock which costs $25 from them or like $10 online.”

Unfortunately, we have to move further away from the unit cause we moved to a house. Otherwise, I highly recommend west coast storage.”
“Last weekend we used Managed Moves for the third time. They moved my in-laws twice and my mother over the weekend. All three moves were into either independent living apartments or assisted living. The team was so patient and respectful of the seniors they were moving. They took great care of the items the moved and then set up at the new location. They did not leave until we did a walk through of each room and confirm that all was working and that the furniture was in place, in once instance, they were asked to re-set the bed to meet the needs of the resident. “One of the 3 men brought in most of my cabinets on a hand truck. He was very careful and polite, asking for my preferences as to where to leave the items. I was very impressed with his attitude. I was frustrated with the whole delivery time table but CBC was only responsible for a week of my wait.”

“Priestley & Sons did an incredible job with our long-distance move. The entire moving crew was kind, professional, and extremely careful with our furniture, our belongings, and the house itself.
What really set them apart, though, was how much care they put into packing and loading our moving truck. We needed to fit absolutely as much as possible for our out-of-state move, and Chris, the foreman, took that seriously. He made sure every box and piece of furniture was packed as tightly and efficiently as possible so we could bring as much of our home with us as we could.
I genuinely don’t think another moving company would have gotten nearly as much into that truck. The guys never rushed the process. They took their time, worked incredibly hard, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. When you’re dealing with a long-distance relocation, that kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference and made every penny we spent worth it.
Moving out of state is stressful enough, and having a professional moving company that cared about our belongings as much as we did made the entire experience so much easier.
We would highly recommend Priestley & Sons to anyone looking for professional movers, long-distance moving help, or careful packing and loading services. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
