“Cute small boutique store close to home. Appear to focus on quality items for your dog and cat, not much for alternative pets like my rabbit or hen. However, the beautiful lady who helped me was so kind she wrote down brands for me to look up online and didn't push me to have her order it for her (like some boutique shops like to do). Great place, definitely going back.”

Lynette is very knowledgeable and experienced trainer who really cares about animals and takes personal interest in each dog. We have been in Obedience 1,2, and now are in 3. We are pleased with the obedience training courses and other services offered as well.”
“Everyone here is very helpful and so nice. We had been battling with food allergies and rashes with one of our dogs. We had him at the groomers and vets trying to get his skin cleared up.My first time in the store the gal walked me through and showed me different products. “The owner and her entire staff at Dogtown are caring and professional in everything they do. We have been coming for years for daycare, boarding, and obedience training for two of our dogs and could not be happier. Our newest dog is a rescue and was very timid and afraid when we first brought him in. The owner worked with us to gradually get him to feel safe there and now he runs in, tail wagging, pulling me behind him! Dogtown is a safe and caring environment for your dog.”
“Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I saw 6 employees and I couldn't get any help. When I asked for help, I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. I walked around the store and saw 3 employees stocking shelves. When I asked if they could help me, I was told, " that's not my area or department", I can't remember exact words. Very rude.

I'm not sure if the management changed or there are new employees. I ho into this store about 1-2 a week. Always friendly. The store is clean. The only thing I would have to say that is negative, they don't keep enough of the brand of cat food I buy. It's a fine place to go.”

“It definitely matters what veterinarian is at the vet clinic that day. This vet was amazing and was able to get nova‘s shot for heartworm results with no issues! You can tell this vet enjoys her job and enjoys animals! Much more pleasant than my last visit at the Happy Valley Vetco clinic.”

Came into **Petco** to get litter. Left with three new cat toys, a bag of treats my cat will sniff once and ignore forever, a fancy water fountain she’ll be terrified of, and a sweater she’ll destroy out of spite.
Do I regret it? Not even a little. The store is clean, the aisles are full of temptation, and the staff is super friendly—even when I’m describing my cat’s personality like she’s a moody roommate with a tiara.
Petco fuels my delusion that one day my cat will *appreciate* me. Until then, I’ll keep spoiling her like she pays rent. ???”
