Powell Valley Farms has a great property manager and maintenance crew. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make job easier and provide great experiences. Maintenance guys do a great job with installations and repairs, such as replacing broken clothes washers and fixing kitchen sink leaks. The staff is also quick to respond to issues and very friendly. Overall, Powell Valley Farms has a wonderful team that provides excellent service, making it a highly recommended place.

I recently toured an apartment here and I really liked it. Keely was very helpful and understanding to work with! The layout of the room was spacious and a little quirky in a cute way with a lot of storage space!

I am making another review for Amy she’s amazing we told her wat was going on currently in our apartment and she got us approved to transfer to a bottom floor and we can’t wait thank you Amy we greatly appreciate you helping us get from the top floor to the lower level for our kids
