“The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place ?‍♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!”

“Today I had a viewing at this complex and before my appointment I was already pretty excited because the property location is beautiful and the property itself looked well kept. But then when meeting with management for my appointment, Mike walked in!! And let me tell you how much relief that was because he was actually maintenance at my past complex and he was always AMAZING!! Any time something needed fixing, he always made sure it was done in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable. He was always very polite and cheerful. And everything was always fixed or replaced and it kept my experience there, above expectations! So I know he will keep these units in tiptop shape as well. Excited to still have him around. (:

Also, I want to say Liz was amazing in the office too. Very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant.”

“I love living here!! But the one problem lately has been the maintenance! There’s one guy who’s super sweet chad!! He actually cares if something is broken and takes time with it! But recently my fridge stopped working on Sunday June 14th I believe. A different maintenance man came that day named Jose when he was here he said I was cutting into his church time and did not actually fix my fridge all of my food went bad and when he was here I told him something was also wrong with the toilet which he refused to fix because he was in a rush and it’s gone unfixed for 2 days now it’s being fixed by chad now chad is also fixing my fridge as well!! Jose basically on the 91 degree day and then the 93 degree day the next day and now today refused to fix it himself and waited for the other man to come fix the problems I have 2 small children and it was a major inconvenience for me. Other than that I adore living here but I thought I’d come on here and address this issue.”

“I live on one of the third floors and if you heard the fire alarm go off at some odd hour of the night that one time along with loud noises like stomping, slamming or yelling sometimes throughout December and January I’m sincerely sorry about that ? downstairs neighbors, thank you for being chill”

“The maintence supervisor John has been absolutely amazing getting everything fixed every time we put in for a work order he's here right away fixing it, we've lived here three years now and this last year he's been here, he's been just great, efficient, friendly, quick and goes the extra mile.”
