Had a kia niro plug in not bought at Weston. Couldn't get the dealer license holder frame off to put on new plates on No type of screwdrivers worked. Sean came out of sales office and used a socket wrench and put new plate on. Very nice since I hadn't bought the kia there. They had none in stock.
